How do I connect the soundbar to my TV?

Use the included optical cable to connect the soundbar's OPTICAL IN port to your TV's optical output. Alternatively, you can use an AUX cable or Bluetooth.

Can I control the soundbar with my TV remote?

If your TV supports HDMI ARC or optical with CEC, the soundbar may respond to TV volume commands. Otherwise, use the included remote or the buttons on the soundbar.

How do I pair the soundbar via Bluetooth?

Press the Bluetooth button on the remote or soundbar. The soundbar will enter pairing mode. On your device, select 'PN-ZCMS1' from the Bluetooth list.

What should I do if there is no sound from the soundbar?

Check that the soundbar is powered on and the correct input is selected. Ensure the audio cable is securely connected. Try increasing the volume on both the soundbar and the TV.

Can I wall mount the soundbar?

Yes, the soundbar comes with a wall mount kit. Attach the brackets to the TV or wall, then slide the soundbar onto them. Make sure the wall can support the weight.

How do I clean the soundbar?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use any liquids or chemical cleaners. For the grille, gently dust with a soft brush.

What does the LED indicator mean?

Solid blue: Bluetooth connected. Flashing blue: Bluetooth pairing. Solid red: Standby. No light: Power off. Refer to the manual for other colors.

Can I connect a subwoofer?

The PN-ZCMS1 does not have a dedicated subwoofer output. It is a standalone soundbar. However, you can connect an external subwoofer via AUX if it has a line input.

How do I reset the soundbar to factory settings?

With the soundbar on, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Source button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The LED will flash, indicating a reset.

Mounting Precautions (For SHARP dealers and service engineers)

When used by mounting on the wall

Preparing the remote control unit

3. Observe warnings — All warnings on the product and in the instructions must be observed closely.

4. Follow instructions — All operating instructions must be followed.

5. Cleaning — Unplug the power cord from the power outlet before cleaning the product. Use a dry cloth to clean the product.

Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Do not use dirty cloths. Doing so may damage the product.

1. Attachments — Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer. Use of inadequate attachments can result in accidents.

2. Water and moisture — Do not use the product near water. Do not install the product in a place where water may splash onto it. Be careful of equipment which drains water such as an air-conditioner.

The Power Cord

- Use only the power cord supplied with this product.

- Observe the following. Incorrect handling may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.

   Can be used as an external camera, mic, or speaker of the monitor (APPLICATION mode, "Web Browser" only) or computer. For details on the connection destination when a connection is established to the USB port of the monitor, refer to the manual of the monitor.
7. DC input terminal
   Connected to a power outlet via the supplied power cord.

!Caution

• Power is supplied at all times as long as the power cord is connected.
If this product is not going to be used for a long time, remove the power cord from the power outlet.
- Before using this product, confirm the plug is secured to the AC adapter
- Do not press the button (*) on the AC adapter during use. It is dangerous because the plug will remove.

TIPS

• This product has a noise reduction function that is constantly running, so noise reduction function in the settings of application should be switched off.
• The resolution of the camera images depends on the application. In addition, the resolution of the transmitted camera images may be low due to network conditions.
