served.
If the "battery symbol" in the display is flashing, the batteries are dead and need to be replaced.
Step 2: Putting on the belt
Before each training session, ensure that your skin is clean and free of creams and oils so that the device will have the best possible effect. Position the belt in front of you with the electrodes facing towards your body. Moisten both electrodes, your stomach and your back with water. Ensure that the surface of the electrodes is evenly moistened to avoid isolated spikes in voltage on your skin during the training session. Place the belt around your waist so that the electrodes are in contact with your stomach and back. The belt is made of an elastic material and fits a wide range of waist sizes. Take care that it is tight enough for good contact between the electrode and skin, but does not constrict you.
Adjust the length of the belt using the two adjustable straps. Ensure that both the stomach electrodes and the back electrodes are placed in the centre.
Step 3: Switching on the device and starting the program
Press the power button to switch on the device. The LCD display lights up. When the device is started for the first time, the first program is automatically displayed (P-01). You can change the program by briefly pressing the power button. There are nine programs in total to choose from. After the last program (P-09), the device starts the program selection sequence from the beginning.
The intensity level can be adjusted from 0 to 40. At the beginning of the training program, you will feel a slight tingling sensation. As the intensity increases, you will feel your muscles contracting directly under the electrodes and in the surrounding area.
When you change the program or restart the training, the intensity automatically increases to the one set for the last training session.
7. USAGE
What do I need to bear in mind when training with the Corefit II?
hours to recover.
per unit, depending on the selected load on your muscles and intensity.
contact agent, especially if you suffer from dry skin.
Setting the intensity level
You can set your preferred intensity level at the start of each training session. Press the plus button to increase the intensity and the minus button to reduce the intensity. Depending on the intensity, you will first feel a tingling sensation, followed by muscle contractions later on. Never set the intensity to a level that is beyond your comfort zone. The intensity for the stomach and back can be controlled separately.

The intensity can only be adjusted when the electrodes are in contact with your skin. If they lose contact with the skin during the training session, the intensity level will automatically drop to zero.
Stopping pulses that are too strong
You can reduce the intensity at any time by pressing the minus button or switch off the device again by pressing the power button (\~ 2 seconds). If you remove the belt from the stomach/back so that skin contact in the electrode area is interrupted, the intensity level automatically returns to zero. Voltage will no longer be applied when they come into contact with the skin again.
Preventing unwanted pulse changes
To prevent unintentional increases in intensity during a training session, simply switch on the button lock. To do this, press and hold the power button for approx. 3 seconds until the "→" symbol appears on the display. To cancel the button lock, press and hold the power button again for approx. 3 seconds until the symbol disappears.
Reacting to unpleasant sensations
If you feel a twinge or itching on your skin or if you notice only tingling instead of muscle contractions, switch off the device and proceed as follows:
show any signs of damage.

again thoroughly.
is good contact with the skin and that the skin is damp.
Taking a break during the training session
If you want to take a break while a program is running, briefly press the power button. The pause symbol "||||" will appear on the display. You can continue your training by pressing the button again.
Flexible use of the control unit without the belt
With the accessory set (not included in delivery), you can attach two additional adhesive electrodes to the control unit on each channel for flexible muscle stimulation. You can obtain the accessory set from our Customer Services team or the beurer online shop.
Automatic switch-off
If the device is switched on and then not used, it will switch itself off automatically after 5 minutes.
- PROGRAMS
| # Training Description | Frequency* | Pulse length* | Duty cycle* | Duration (min.) | |
| P-01 | StrengthBasic 4/4 | The classic EMS strength program, designed for strong muscle contractions and a more pronounced penetrating effect. It is suitable for many types of training and exercises for targeted strength building. With this program, you train with the stimulation interval 4/4. | 85 Hz 350 | μs 4/4 20 | |
| P-02 | StrengthBasic 2/2 | The classic EMS strength program, designed for strong muscle contractions and a more pronounced penetrating effect. It is suitable for many types of training and exercises for targeted strength building. With this program, you train with the stimulation interval 2/2. | 85 Hz 350 | μs 2/2 20 | |
| P-03 | Back 2/2 | Longer pulses of 400 μs penetrate deep into the muscles. This program is specifically aimed at the large, deeper muscles. The program is suitable for many types of training and intensive workouts to build up strength. With this program, you train with the stimulation interval 2/2. | 85 Hz 400 | μs 2/2 20 | |
| P-04 | Fitness | Ideal for dynamic movements, many sports and endurance training. Our fitness program is a true all-rounder. It continuously sends pulses to your muscles, providing effective training to maximise your strength and endurance. Sports and fitness enthusiasts love the versatility of this program. | 40 Hz 350 | μs - 25 | |
| P-05 | Cardio | Looking for fresh impetus for your endurance and cardio training? Then give our Cardio program a try! The continuous muscle stimulation gives you a lot of freedom when integrating it into your training regime. The shorter pulse duration of 250 μs is also ideal for longer training units of up to 30 minutes. | 40 Hz 250 | μs - 30 | |
| P-06 | Fatburn 5/5 | This program supports functional training and activates your metabolism. The first 40 seconds are all about working your muscles. The next 20 seconds aim to stimulate the circulation in the upper layers of skin and fat. | 7-85 Hz 350 | μs 5/5 25 | |
| P-07 | IntensiveMassage | Sit back and enjoy this intensive massage program. The frequency of the stimuli increases slowly (7 to 40 hertz). The program is also suitable for warming up your muscles. | 7-40 Hz 400 | μs - 20 | |
| P-08 | AntelopeRide | An intensive strength combo program suitable for building muscle during fitness and core workouts. The frequency of the stimuli increases slowly (40 to 60 hertz). The constant variation prevents you from becoming used to the training. With this program, you train with the stimulation interval 4/4. | 40-60 Hz | 400 μs 4/4 20 | |
| P-09 | PassiveRegeneration | Shake things up and give your muscles a little treat! This relatively intense and passive regeneration program is in a class of its own. The “shaking frequencies” (5-20 hertz) stimulate your circulation and metabolism. It feels more like a massage as your muscles do not contract fully. That's why we recommend not doing any exercises when using this program. Instead, sit back, relax and let the belt do the work;) | 5-20 Hz 350 | μs - 20 | |
The intensity
The intensity determines the pulse strength, i.e. how much electric charge flows in a certain period of time. The higher the intensity, the more muscle fibres will be trained.
\*The frequency
The frequency determines how often an electrical pulse occurs within a certain period of time. In turn, this determines how often individual muscle fibres contract. You cannot change this value in the Antelope programs.
The pulse length or pulse duration denotes the time during which electrical pulses flow into the muscles. The longer this time is, the more intensively and deeply the muscles will be trained.
\*Duty cycle
The stimulation interval, also known as the duty cycle, determines the ratio between the stimulation phases and pauses during a training session. Some EMS programs require these pauses for your muscles.
Programs with a duty cycle
Some programs require a stimulation interval. This could be as follows:
Example: You select a program with the duty cycle "4 sec ON, 4 sec OFF". As such, it will run at a repeating interval of four seconds of stimulation and four seconds of pause.

text_image
PULSE One stimulation interval (duty cycle) 4S ON 4S ON 4S ON 4S OFF 4S OFF 4S OFF TIMEEXAMPLE
ON TIME = 4 seconds stimulation phase
OFF TIME = 4 seconds stimulation pause
Programs without a duty cycle
Some programs do not have a duty cycle. In such cases, your muscles will be continuously stimulated.
