ZERO (also used as TARE; display indicator) The zero function should only be used when there is nothing on the pan and the display does not show "0". The scale may not read "0" due to dust, dirt, or moisture on the weighing pan or when a heavy object is dropped on the scale. The zeroing function essentially corrects the true zero on the scale and informs it that there is nothing on the pan.

TARE - The tare function (display indicator) indicates the weight of the package itself. It is the difference between the total weight of the goods with the packaging and the weight of the goods without packaging. The tare is used to remove the weight of an item that should not be included in the overall weight measurement.

AC - an indicator of the connected power supply (battery charging).

HOLD - holding the weighing result on the display - during weighing, press the HOLD button, and the scale will hold the weighing result on the display for 10 seconds. If the HOLD button is not pressed for 10 seconds, the scale will return to weighing mode showing the current weighing result on the display.

MR - data memorizing button; pressing the button will store a single weight value or the total weight.

MC - press TARE and MR to show the stored value in memory on the display, pressing TARE and MC again will erase the data from memory.

M + - storing data in memory / adding a single weight value to the total weight value.

PRINT - data printing function.

3.3.5. Printing

Serial port 1:

Data format: 10-bit (bit) ---- 1-bit start bit, 8-bit data bit, 1-bit stop bit.

The serial port sends data continuously in the following format (all in ASCII):

$$ = , X 1, X 2, X 3, X 4, X 5, X 6 $$

For example: an instrument weighing 123.45 kg sends:

$$ = 5 4. 3 2 1 = 5 4. 3 2 1 = 5 4. 3 2 1 \dots $$

The weight is 12345 kg. The instrument sends:

$$ = 5 4 3 2 1 0 = 5 4 3 2 1 0 = 5 4 3 2 1 0 \dots $$

The weight is - 123.45 kg. The instrument sends:

$$ = 5 4. 3 2 1 - = 5 4. 3 2 1 - = 5 4. 3 2 1 - \dots $$

Baud rate: 9600

Transmission method: continuous transmission
