The appliance must be installed at least 30 cm away from heat sources such as hobs, ovens, central heating, and at least 5 cm away from electric hobs. It must not be placed under direct sunlight. The original packaging and materials should be kept for future transport or moving. The drawers/baskets that are equipped with a separate cooling compartment should be used for lower energy consumption and better storage conditions. - Contact of food with the temperature sensor in the freezer compartment may increase the energy consumption of the appliance. Therefore, any contact with the sensor(s) should be avoided.

IKEA TYNNERÅS 805.680.79 - First use - 1

  • In the event of a power failure, the appliance with the control panel will automatically switch off 1 minute after the door is closed. It will be activated again when the door is opened or when any button is pressed.
  • Due to temperature changes caused by opening/closing the doors, condensation may form on the door/cabinet surfaces and glass panels. The appliance is designed to prevent direct contact between the product and the door when the doors are closed, so your product is optimally protected under conditions suitable for food storage. Functions and components such as compressor, fan, heater, defrosting, lighting, and display will operate according to the needs for consumption at minimal energy under these circumstances.

In case of multiple units installed side by side, the units must be positioned so that the ventilation openings in the rear wall are not blocked, and the air inlets should remain under the side panels. This combination can help improve air distribution and energy efficiency.

If the product is not in a balanced position, adjust the front adjustable feet by turning them clockwise or counterclockwise.

When the freezer and refrigerator are installed next to each other, the installation must be carried out so that the freezer is on the left and the refrigerator is on the right. To prevent problems with condensation that may occur between the products, the anti-condensation elements are placed on the left side of the refrigerator.
