How do I connect the radio to WiFi?

During initial setup, the configuration assistant appears. Follow the instructions to select your WiFi network and enter the password. You can also access network settings via the SETTINGS/MENU menu.

How do I set an alarm?

Press the ALARM button on the remote control. Use the navigation buttons to set the time, days, and source (radio, buzzer, etc.). Confirm with OK.

Can I use the radio without an Internet connection?

Yes, you can listen to DAB/DAB+ or FM radio without Internet. For Internet radio and some connected functions, a WiFi or LAN connection is required.

How do I add stations to presets?

While listening to a station, press and hold one of the preset buttons (1-10) or press MEMORY then select a location. Confirm with OK.

What should I do if the remote control doesn't work?

Check the battery polarity (LR03/AAA) and replace them if necessary. Make sure no obstacle blocks the infrared receiver (front). If the problem persists, reset the radio.

How do I clean the device?

Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Never use harsh detergents or solvents. Always unplug the device before cleaning.

Can I connect a headset?

Yes, connect a headset with a 3.5 mm jack plug into the HEADPHONE jack on the rear of the device. The speaker will then be muted.

How do I use the UNDOK app?

Download the UNDOK app on your smartphone. Connect your phone to the same WiFi network as the radio. Launch the app and follow the instructions to control the radio remotely.

What should I do if the radio doesn't find DAB stations?

Make sure the telescopic antenna is fully extended and positioned vertically. Start an automatic scan via the SCAN menu in DAB mode.

How do I reset the radio to factory settings?

Go to the SETTINGS/MENU menu, select Factory Reset and confirm. All your settings will be erased.

Activatingtheremotecontrol

Openthebatterycompartmentcover. It islocatedonthe rearoftheremotecontrolandcanbeopenedbyslidingit in the direction indicated. Two AAA batteries are included inthedelivery, they should be inserted in the battery compartment of theremote control. Observethe correct polarity when inserting batteries. The polarity (+/-) is indicated in the battery compartment.).

Settingupa n etworkconnection

4.1 LAN(wirednetwork)

• ConnecttheLANconnectionofyourroutertotheLAN connection on your radio. You will require an Ethernet cable,whichisnotincludedinthedelivery, to do this.
• Make sure that the router is on and working properly, and that you have an Internet connection.
• Seetheoperatinginstructionsforyourrouterregardinga properlyfunctioningLANconnection.
• Thenproceedasdescribedinpoint5, "GettingStarted".

4.2WLAN(wirelessnetwork)

• Ensure that the router is switched on, is functioning correctly and that there is a connection to the internet.
• Activate the WLAN function of your router.
• Follow your router's operating instructions as regards the correctionfunctioningoftheWLANconnection.

Thisproductisequippedwithanantennaconnectionfor externalantennaswithcoaxialconnection.A te l e s c o p i c antennathatenablesDAB,DAB+andFMreception is included in the delivery. Alternatively, you can use anactiveorpassiveantennatoimproveception,or accordingtoyourrequirements.

Notethefollowing:

• Pull t heantennaoutcompletely.
- Werecommendyouadjusttheantennaverticallyto ensure o ptimalreception.

5.1 Switchingthedeviceon

- Connect the power cable to a properly installed power socket.

Warning

• Only connect the product to a socket that has been approvedforthedevice.Theelectricalsocketmust alwaysbeeasilyaccessible.
• Disconnect the product from the powersupply using the on/off switch— if this is not available, unplug the power cord from the socket.

- Wait until the radio initialisation procedure has finished.
