How to connect the soundbar to the TV via Bluetooth?

Make sure the soundbar is on and the Bluetooth input is selected (blue LED). Enable Bluetooth on your TV, search for devices, and select "OCS120BT-B". The connection may be automatic subsequently.

Why is there no sound?

Check the volume level, that it is not muted (MUTE), and that the external source is playing correctly. Also ensure that the optical or Cinch cable is properly connected and that your TV audio output is set to PCM.

How to pair the subwoofer with the soundbar?

Turn on both devices. Press the PAIR button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds until the blue LED flashes. Then, press the PAIR button on the remote control and hold it until the PAIR LED lights up for 3 seconds. The wireless connection is established.

The remote control does not work, what to do?

Check the battery (correct polarity, replace if necessary), reduce the distance between the remote and the soundbar, and ensure no obstacles block the infrared signal. Point the remote at the receiver on the soundbar.

How to mount the soundbar on the wall?

Use the provided wall brackets. Drill 4 holes (Ø 3-8 mm) with appropriate distances, insert wall plugs, screw in the brackets. Then attach the soundbar to the brackets. Ensure the wall can support the weight and that the soundbar is near an outlet.

What is the difference between the OPTICAL and AUX inputs?

The optical input (OPTICAL) provides a higher quality digital connection with your TV or player. The AUX input (Cinch) is analog and uses the supplied stereo cable. The status LEDs indicate the active source: blue for Bluetooth, green for Cinch, orange for optical.

How to adjust the bass (subwoofer)?

Use the SUB - and SUB + buttons on the remote control to adjust the subwoofer level over 16 levels. The remote allows precise adjustment.

What to do if the device no longer responds to buttons?

This may be due to electrostatic discharge. Unplug the device from the power outlet, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. This resets the system.

Can I use the soundbar with a non-Bluetooth device?

Yes, you can use the optical input (OPTICAL) with a compatible TV, or the AUX input (Cinch) with any device that has an analog audio output.

How to clean the soundbar?

Before cleaning, unplug the device. Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use gasoline, alcohol, or abrasive products. Avoid liquid entering the openings.

20. Refer all servicing to authorised service agent. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Servicing is required when the product has been damaged in any way, such as the supply cord or plug are damaged, liquid has been spilled, objects have fallen into the product, the enclosure is damaged, the product has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
21. Before connecting the product to a socket outlet, make sure the voltage indicated on the product corresponds to your local mains.
22. Only use the product with the provided adapters.
23. Regularly check if the cord, product or extension cable is defective. If found defective, do not put the product into operation. Immediately pull the plug.

24. Place the cord and, if necessary, an appropriate extension cable in such away that pulling or tripping over it is impossible. Do not allow the cord to hang down within easy reach.

25. Do not jam, bend or pull the cord over sharp edges.

26. The power supply is used as the disconnect device; the disconnect device shall remain readily operable. To completely disconnect the power input, disconnect the power supply.
27. The product may not function properly or not react to the operation of any control due to electrostatic discharge. Switch off and disconnect the product; reconnect after a few seconds.
28. Protect the supply cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at the plug, convenience receptacles and the point where it exits from the product.
29. Never touch the power supply with wet hands.
30. Disconnect the power supply in case of faults during use, during lightening storms, before cleaning and when not using the product for a longer period of time.

32. When the product has reached the end of its service life, make it defective by disconnecting the plug from the socket and cutting the cord in two.
33. Caution! There is danger of explosion from improper replacement of the batteries. Replace batteries only with the same or equivalent type of battery.
34. Always change the entire battery pack. Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries with different charge state.
35. Make sure the batteries are correctly inserted. Observe the polarity (+) plus / (-) negative on the battery and the housing. Improperly inserted batteries can lead to leakage or, in extreme cases, a fire or an explosion.
36. Remove used batteries. Remove the batteries if you know that the product will not be used for a longer period of time. Otherwise, the batteries could leak and cause damage.
37. If the batteries leak, remove them with a cloth and dispose of them accordingly. Prevent battery fluid from coming into contact with skin and eyes. If you do get battery fluid in your eyes, flush them thoroughly with lots of water and consult a physician immediately. If battery fluid comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area with lots of water and soap.
38. When installing the device, leave sufficient space for ventilation. Do not install in bookcases, built-in cabinets or the like.
39. Do not impede ventilation by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc. Do not insert any objects.
40. WARNING! Do not ingest the battery, Chemical Burn Hazard.
41. Keep new and used batteries away from children.
42. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
43. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.

This product is intended for audio playback via Bluetooth, Optical input (OPTICAL) and audio input (AUX IN). Any other use may result in damage to product or injuries. This product is designed for household use only and not intended for commercial use.

All main functions can be accessed with the remote control. If the remote control does not work, please check the followings:

If there is any object between the product and remote control causing obstruction.
Try to darken the room or to reduce the distance between device and remote control.
Is the battery installed with correct polarity (+ to +,- to-?
Try with a brand new battery.

BEFORE FIRST TIME USE

Remove the product and accessories from the original packaging carefully. For disposal of the original packaging, follow applicable legal requirements. If you have questions about correct disposal, contact your local authority.

Check the package contents for completeness and damage. If the package content is incomplete or damages can be found, contact your place of purchase immediately.

INSTALLATION

1 Place the soundbar on a level and horizontal surface (for example, under and in front of the TV). Also place the subwoofer near the soundbar. Both components must be placed near a socket outlet.

Alternatively, you can attach the soundbar to the wall using the wall brackets (for example above and behind the TV). Please observe the following chapters.

WALL MOUNTING - PREPARATION

• The provided wall mount brackets can be used to fix the soundbar to a wall. The wall mount brackets are designed for use on vertical walls constructed of solid concrete or bricks.
• When installing on a hollow brick wall, verify first that they have a minimum of 2.5cm wall thickness to be used for the wall plugs.
  If you are uncertain about the construction of your wall, please consult a qualified contractor or installer for assistance.
  Additional tools (not included) are required for the installation.
• Do not overtighten screws.
• Use an electronic stud finder to check the wall type before drilling and mounting.
  During mounting, keep away children and pets.
• Make sure the soundbar is mounted in reach to the next wall outlet.

MOUNTING SOUNDBAR ON THE WALL

2 Drill 4 holes (0 3-8 mm each according to wall type) with correct distances. Insert 4 wall plugs into the drilled holes. Use a hammer if necessary. Now screw the two wall brackets to the wall. Attached the soundbar to the wall mounts.

CONNECTIONS - USE THE OPTICAL SOCKET

• Use an optical cable (not included) to create a digital connection to a TV, DVD, Blu-Ray player or other suitable devices.
  3 Connecting an optical cable (not included):

Connect one end to the TV's optical out socket and the other end to the OPT socket on the soundbar.

Notes:

• In order to receive digital signals, you need to activate PCM (Downmix) in the settings menu of your source device.
• The digital optical cable or connector might be labelled as SPDIF OUT or OPTICAL OUT.

USE THE AUX SOCKET

4 Use the supplied cinch stereo cable and connect the cinch L/R outputs of the TV to the cinch L/R inputs of the soundbar.

REMOTE CONTROL - INSERTING/ REPLACING BATTERY

5 Open the battery compartment. If necessary, remove the old batteries. Insert two new LR03 / AAA batteries. Observe the correct polarity +/- as printed on the batteries and in the battery compartment.

OPERATION

Turn on the soundbar and subwoofer using the on/ off switches. If necessary, press the STANDBY button on the remote control to turn on the soundbar so that the orange LED lights up. Press the PAIR button on the subwoofer for about 5 seconds until the blue PAIR LED flashes. Immediately press and hold the PAIR button on the remote control until the PAIR LED illuminates for 3 seconds. Soundbar and subwoofer are now wirelessly connected.
To play via Bluetooth®, press the INPUT button on the remote control until the blue LED indicates Bluetooth® operation. If the Bluetooth® input has been activated, an acoustic signal sounds. Turn on the Bluetooth® connection on the playback device and search for devices. Connect (pair) your player to the Soundbar labeled OCS120BT-B. Future use of the same player will automatically connect to the soundbar when the Bluetooth® feature is enabled on both devices. Start playback. If supported by your playback device you can operate the functions Play / Pause▶I, skip forward▶I and back▶Ing the remote control.
Press the INPUT button on the remote control to select the various inputs. LED blue: playback via Bluetooth* LED green: playback via cinch cable LED orange: playback via optical cable (optical, OPT)
9 Adjust the volume on the playback device or with the VOL - / + buttons on the remote control in 27 steps.
10 Adjust the sound of the subwoofer in 16 steps with the SUB - / + buttons on the remote control.
11 Mute the soundbar with the MUTE button if necessary.
Switch on the soundbar or turn it in standby mode with the STANDYBY button. The selected input is retained when it is switched on again.

CLEANING AND CARE

Pull the power plug from the electrical outlets before cleaning.
Clean the exterior with a lightly damp cloth.
- Do not use petrol, alcohol or other abrasive cleansers to clean the exterior.
- Do not allow liquids to spill into any openings.
Use the original packaging if it is necessary to transport the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot be solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.

	Connecting cables are not inserted correctly.	Ensure that the connector cables to the source device are correctly plugged in and plugs fully inserted.
Remote control does not work.	Battery empty or not correctly inserted.	Check that the battery is correctly inserted or, if necessary, replace.
	Distance between appliance and remote control is too big.	Reduce the distance between the remote control and the soundbar and make sure there are no obstacles between them. Aim the remote directly at the Infrared receiver on the soundbar.
Appliance does not react to pressed buttons.	Malfunction due to electrostatic discharge.	Disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Connect the power plugs again to an electrical outlet.
