How to turn the device on and off?

Make sure the device is in the OFF position before plugging it in. Plug in the power cord, then press the on/off button once to turn on (blue light). For the heating function, press a second time (red light). To turn off, press a third time. The device turns off automatically after 15 minutes.

WHAT IS CELLULITE?

Cellulite is a condition in which the skin has a dimpled, lumpy appearance due to underlying fat deposits. It is most noticeable on the buttocks and thighs, but also occurs on the upper arms. By using this product you can help to improve circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, when combined with eating a healthy, balanced diet and exercising you can help your body to reduce the fat content in cells and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Massage Function

NOTE: Always ensure the appliance is set to the 'OFF' before inserting the plug into a mains outlet.

1. Connect the power cable to the product by inserting the connector into the socket attached to the product. Plug the appliance into a 230V mains outlet and press the power button once to switch on.
2. Your massager comes equipped with 3 attachments (Figure 1). Attach the different heads by twisting on (clockwise) or twisting off (anti-clockwise) (Figure 2).
3. Grip massager by placing your hand through the elasticated strap and grasping the unit with fingers outstretched. The strap should be positioned over the back of your hand (Figure 3).
4. Press the power button once to activate the massager. The button will illuminate blue. Adjust the massage intensity by rotating the dial on the front of massager (Figure 4).
5. Heat Function: All attachments are compatible with the heat function. To activate press the power button a 2nd time, it will illuminate red to indicate that the heat setting on. The centre of the attachment will begin to heat up. NOTE: To eliminate the risk of being burned, never use the heat function without the attachments. Do not use the thermal heat continuously for more than 15 minutes. Do not use the thermal heat if you have sensitive skin, poor circulation, discoloured areas, swelling, burning and inflammation or where skin eruptions or sores are present. Heat should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your physician.
6. Apply the massager head lightly to the area you wish to treat. Move the unit slowly, holding it over the targeted area. Treat the area for a short period of time and move to another area. NEVER treat the same area for longer than 3 minutes.
7. To turn the unit off, press the power switch a third time. For your safety the device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous use.

Tips for Use

Massage in a firm circular motion moving towards the heart, concentrating on targeted problem areas of the body.

The Cellulite Massager is especially effective, when used regularly and in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and undertaking of regular exercise.

Unplug the appliance and allow to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.

• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass / furniture polish, paint thinner etc to clean.

Storage
