Limitations and Warnings ATTENTION! Electric shock hazard. Avoid contact of the electrically conductive parts of the device with water. ATTENTION! Do not turn on an empty kettle. ATTENTION! Burn hazard. Only lift the kettle by the handle. Before using the device, read this document thoroughly and save it for future reference. Use the device only for its intended purpose. The kettle is designed only for heating and boiling water. The device is not intended for use by children under 14 or persons with physical, mental or intellectual disabilities unless they have sufficient experience or knowledge of how to use the device and are supervised by a person responsible for their safety. Do not use the device outdoors. The device is for household use only (in a home; in temporary accommodation, such as hotels, etc.; in staff meal rooms in offices and other similar enclosures). Handle the device with dry hands only. Before using the device, make sure that the rated voltage and frequency provided in the technical specifications are the same as your mains parameters. Always make sure that the power cord is not twisted, kinked, pinched, or in contact with hot, sharp objects or heat sources. Fill the kettle at least to the “MIN” mark on the device casing, but not above the “MAX” mark. Do not drop or throw the device. Do not immerse the plug, power cord, kettle and/or power base in water or other liquids. Do not use a damaged device. Do not disassemble or repair the device yourself. Repairs must be performed by a qualified technician at an authorized service center. Do not leave the device running unattended. Place the device away from external heat sources or other electrical appliances. Do not open the kettle's lid while the water is boiling as well as for two minutes after boiling. Be careful when pouring in hot water; do not tilt the kettle too sharply when filled with water. Before lifting the kettle, make sure the lid is closed tightly. Use the device only with the included power base. To reduce limescale build-up, use purified water. Unplug the device from the mains when idle as well as before cleaning. Do not use chemical or aggressive detergents, abrasive pastes, products containing acids and solvents, or metal scourers to clean the device. 1. Carefully open the packaging and remove the device. Remove all packing materials.

2. Put the power base on a flat, stable surface.

3. Insert the plug of the power cord (14) into an electrical socket.

4. Open the kettle's lid and fill it with water up to the “MAX” mark.

5. Close the lid tightly and place the kettle on the power base.

6. Press the button : the backlight will light up red and the water will start to heat.

7. Wait until the water boils and the backlight goes out.

8. Remove the kettle from the power base and carefully drain the water.

ATTENTION! Do not drink the water from the first two boils.

9. Let the device cool down and repeat Steps 4–8.

10. After the device has cooled down completely, wipe its exterior and interior surfaces with a dry

cloth. Using the Device

1. Open the lid and pour the required amount of water into the kettle.

Note. Fill the kettle at least to the “MIN” mark on the device casing, but not above the “MAX” mark.

2. Close the lid tightly and place the kettle on the power base.

Boil. Complete Steps 6–7 of the “Preparing for First Use” section. ATTENTION! Pour water for subsequent boils or heat-ups only into a cooled kettle. Heat. Use the “Set” button to set the required temperature and press the button : the water will heat up to the selected temperature. Heating with temperature maintenance. Press the "Set" button: the display (7) will show one of the preset temperatures (+40 °C, +60 °C, +80 °C or +90 °C) *. Then press and hold the "Set" button until the indicator (10) lights up on the display. Next, select the desired temperature by sequentially pressing the "Set" button and then press the button : the water will be heated to the selected temperature, which will be maintained for 30 minutes.

3. Remove the kettle from the power base.

Note. You can stop the boiling or heating process or disable Heating with temperature maintenance mode by pressing the button again or by removing the kettle from the base. Wipe the outside of the kettle with a soft cloth dampened with warm water or a mild soap solution. Then wipe with a soft cloth dampened with clean water and wipe dry.

The kettle switches off a few seconds after it is switched on. Possible cause: no or too little water. Solution: unplug the kettle from the mains. Wait for it to cool down and repeat the steps in the “Using the Device” section. The kettle does not turn off automatically after the water boils. Possible cause: the device's lid is not closed. Solution: remove the plug of the power cord from the electrical socket. Let the device cool down for a few minutes, then make sure the lid is tightly closed. ATTENTION!
