Selecting the ear adapters and inserting the ear canal phones into the ears* The perceived sound quality and bass performance of the ear canal phones depends to a large extent on the correct fit of the ear canal phones in the ear. Figure out which ear adapter type and size suits you best in terms of both sound quality and wearing comfort. Silicone ▷ Insert the ear canal phones into the ears. Select ear adapters of the correct size (S, M or L) so that the ear canal phones sit comfortably and securely in your ears.

Hold the ear canal phones for at least 15 seconds so that the compressed Comply™ ear adapters can expand and sit snuggly in your ear.

Cleaning* For reasons of hygiene, the ear adapters should be replaced from time to time. (The Comply™ ear adapters only have a durability of a few months due to their material properties.) Spare ear adapters are available from your Sennheiser partner. To find a Sennheiser partner in your country, search at www.sennheiser.com. ▷ Clean the product only with a soft, dry cloth (supplied). ▷ You can clean the silicone ear adapters under lukewarm running water. Let the ear adapters air dry at room temperature for at least 12 hours before re-attaching them to the ear canal phones.
