USER MANUAL KTF 100 Koenic

  • This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the product.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are supervised.
  • A damaged power cord may only be replaced by the authorised service agent in order to avoid hazards.
  • Caution! There is danger of explosion from improper replacement of the battery. Replace battery only with the same or equivalent type of battery.
  • Always exchange the entire set of batteries.
  • Make sure the battery are correctly inserted. Observe the polarity (+) plus / (-) negative on the battery and the housing. Improperly inserted battery can lead to leakage or, in extreme cases, a fire or an explosion.

  • Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged.

  18. Before cleaning, always let the product come to a complete stop and disconnect it from the mains.
  19. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the product.
  20. Small children, children and older people should not be exposed to cold air currents for a long time.
  21. Keep product away from loose objects such as plants, curtains, etc.
  22. The product may only be connected to the mains once it has been completely assembled.
  23. Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.

  25. Keep batteries out of reach of small children. If batteries have been swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
  26. If the batteries leak, remove them with a cloth and dispose of them accordingly. Prevent battery acid from coming into contact with skin and eyes. If you do get battery acid in your eyes, flush them thoroughly with lots of water and consult a physician immediately. If battery acid comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area with lots of water and soap.

Changing Battery

1 Open the battery compartment. Insert 1 x battery (not included) of type CR2025 observing the + and - polarities as indicated on the battery and inside the battery compartment.

Assembly and installation

2 Remove the screws from the lower end. Attach rear part of foot, matching the screw holes. Insert and fasten the screws.
3 Attach front part of foot, matching the screw holes with those in the rear part of the foot. Insert and fasten the screws.
4 Ensure that the supply cord is fitted through the corresponding opening.
5 Place on a stable level surface.

Warning

The product may only be connected to the mains once it has been completely assembled.
The product must not be disassembled during operation, general care, cleaning and user maintenance.
The product may never be operated without the stand or in a horizontal position.

Operation

Note: The function settings and on/off switch can operated from the control panel on the ventilator as well as remotely.

Plug the power plug into the socket. The room temperature is shown in the display.
7 Turn on the ventilator using the POWER button.

8 Select the fan strength using the SPEED button.
