Tips regarding the use of oil free deep fryer
The use of an oil free deep fryer for preparing food helps to provide an advantage over the process of food preparation in a traditional oven or deep oil frying.
Lowering the cholesterol content. Thanks to the use of forced air circulation, the fatty tissue of food is reduced thus lowering the cholesterol content.
Time and energy saving. Thanks to the high efficiency of forced air circulation method for food preparation, it is possible to reduce
the time and energy consumption.
Preserving taste values. Too long time and too high temperature easily deprive the food of its taste values. Thanks to the easy control of time and temperature, this problem can be solved.
Adding small quantity of fat to dishes being prepared will make them crispy when fi nished.
Mixing the ingredients in the middle of preparation time will make them evenly heated.
