GETTING STARTED* (* CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
Before first use: Clean the blender according to the instructions in "Cleaning and Care". Fill the bottle with ingredients.
Caution! Do not exceed the maximum filling volume: 600 ml for the blend bottle (B) and 300 ml for the mini bottle/grinder jar (G*). Do not mix dough, mashed potatoes, meat etc.
2 Fill the ingredients in either bottle. Fasten the blender blade assembly (C) on the open end of the bottle by turning it clockwise.
Caution! The blades and inserts are very sharp!
3 Place the blender base on a flat, level surface. Plug into a power outlet.
Turn the bottle upside down. Push down the bottle into the blender base (E) and rotate it clockwise to lock. Note: When locked, the symbol ∇ on the blender blade assembly should be aligned with the symbol on the blender base.
Caution! To reduce risk of injury, never place the blade assembly on the base without the bottle properly attached.
5 Turn the speed selector (D) to 1 or 2 according to the recipe/preference. Turn the speed selector to "PULSE" for short bursts of power.
Caution! If the motor stalls, turn the blender off immediately, unplug the appliance and let it cool for at least 10 minutes.
6 When the ingredients are fully mixed: Turn the speed selector to "OFF" to stop mixing. Make sure the motor has stopped completely, then press the bottle down and turn it counter-clockwise to release it. Remove the bottle from the blender base and turn it upside down. Replace the blade assembly with the drinking lid (A).
USING THE COOLING STICK (* CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
The cooling stick cools down and maintains the temperature of your freshly prepared blends.
Unscrew the cap (J) of the cooling stick (I) and fill it with tap water until the MAX mark. Screw the cap back on the cooling stick and place it in the freezer until the water freezes.
Screw the frozen cooling stick on the drinking lid with carry handle (A). Attach it on the blend bottle (B). The cooling stick can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Note! The cooling stick does not fit the mini bottle (G*).
USING THE GRINDER* (* CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
9 Fill the ingredients in the mini bottle/grinder jar (G*). Fasten the grinder blade assembly (H*) on the open end of the bottle by turning it clockwise.
Caution! The blades and inserts are very sharp!
10 Turn the bottle upside down. Push down the bottle into the blender base (E) and rotate it clockwise to lock. Note: When locked, the symbol ∇ on the grinder blade assembly should be aligned with the symbol on the blender base.
Caution! To reduce risk of injury, never place the blade assembly on the base without the bottle properly attached.
USING THE CHOPPER* (* CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
11 Attach the chopper blades (M*) on the chopper base shaft (L*) by pushing it down until the blades click into position. Fill the ingredients in the chopper jar (N*). Attach the chopper base (K*) on the chopper jar by turning it clockwise until the chopper jar clicks into position. 12 Turn the chopper upside down. Push down the chopper into the blender base (E) and rotate it clockwise to lock. Note: When locked, the symbol ∇ on the chopper base should be aligned with the symbol on the blender base.
Caution! To reduce risk of injury, never place the blade assembly on the base without the chopper jar properly attached.
USING THE THERMO COVER* (* CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
Thermo Cover performance: Keeps liquids at the same temperature longer, whether cold or hot beverages.
Place the bottle into the cover and close the zipper.
CLEANING AND CARE (* CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)
Unplug the appliance. Accessories are dishwasher safe, except for the blender blade assembly (C), the grinder blade assembly (H) and the chopper base (K). Let all parts dry thoroughly.
Caution! The blades and inserts are very sharp!
Clean the blender base with a damp cloth.
Caution! Never immerse the blender base in water!
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads when cleaning the appliance.

SAFETY ADVICE
Read the following instruction carefully before using the appliance for the first time.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- The appliance may only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating plate!
- Never use or pick up the appliance if:
- the supply cord is damaged,
- the housing is damaged.
- If the appliance or the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person, in order to avoid hazard.
- Always place the appliance on a flat, level surface.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
- Never use accessories or parts made by other manufacturers not recommended or sold; may cause a risk of injury to persons.
- Make sure the motor has completely stopped before disassembling and cleaning.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Contact could result in injury!
- The blades and inserts are very sharp! Danger of injury! Caution when assembling, disassembling after use or when cleaning! Ensure that the appliance is disconnected from the mains supply.
- Do not use the appliance for other purpose than its intended use.
- Do not attempt to bypass the safety interlock system that powers the appliance on.
- Never process boiling liquids (max 80°C).
- Do not let this appliance run for more than 1 minute at a time using heavy loads. After running for 1 minute with heavy loads, the appliance should be left to cool for at least 10 minutes.
- When the mixer is subject to heavy use for chopping hard, dry substances such as nuts, the blades may become blunt. The mixer is not suitable for crushing ice, e.g. for cocktails. It is possible to add nuts occasionally to a mixture as long as this is not done on a continuous basis, as this will blunt the blades.
- Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Do not use this appliance to stir paint. Danger, could result in an explosion!
- Do not exceed the maximum filling volume as indicated on the appliance.
- This appliance is intended for domestic use only. The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for possible damage caused by improper or incorrect use.

10 Turn the bottle upside down. Press the bottle down into the base of the blender (E) and turn it clockwise until it locks.
Note: When locked, the arrow on the lid of the measuring cup must be aligned with the arrow on the base of the blender.
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, never place the blade assembly on the base without first correctly installing the bottle.
USING THE CHOPPER* (* ONLY ON CERTAIN MODELS)
11 Attach the chopper blades (M ) to the shaft of the chopper base (L ) , pressing down until the blades click into place. Place the ingredients in the chopper bowl (N ) .Attach the chopper base (K ) to the chopper bowl, turning clockwise until the bowl clicks into place. 12 Turn the chopper upside down. Press the chopper into the base of the blender (E) and turn clockwise until it locks.
Benexka: The cap is closed, the symbol on the base of the gasket must be aligned with the symbol on the base of the blender.
Warning! To avoid the risk of injury, never place the cup on the base without the gasket being properly attached.
USE OF THERMO CANISTER* ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS
13 Intended use of the thermo canister: keeps the temperature of liquids longer, regardless of whether they are cold or hot. Place the cup in the canister and close the lid.
CLEANING (* ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
14 Remove the plug from the outlet. The accessories can be washed freely, except for the blade cup (C), the blade cup with the measuring cup (H*) and the base of the gasket (K*). Let all parts dry well.
Warning! The blades are very sharp!
Caution! To reduce the risk of injury, do not install the blade cup on the blender base unless the cup is properly locked.
5 Turn the speed regulator (D) to "1" or "2" according to the recipe/preferences. Move the speed selector to "PULSE" (pulse mode) if a short powerful pulse is needed.
Caution! If the operation is interrupted, immediately turn off the blender, disconnect from the power supply and let it cool for 10 minutes.
6 After complete mixing of ingredients: Turn the speed selector to "OFF" to stop mixing. Make sure the motor has completely stopped, then remove the cup by pressing on it and turning counterclockwise. Remove the cup from the blender base and turn it over. Replace the base with the blade cup with the lid for drinking (A).
USE OF THE COOLING ROD (ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
The cooling rod cools and maintains the temperature of your freshly prepared mixtures.
Unscrew the cap (J) of the cooling rod (I) and fill it with water up to the "MAX" mark.
Screw the cap back onto the cooling rod and place it in the freezer so that the water freezes.
8. Attach the chopper blade to the mixing bowl (A). Attach it to the mixing bowl (B). The chopper blade can be washed in the dishwasher. Note: The chopper blade is not suitable for the mini bowl (G*).
USING THE MILL* (*ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
9. Put the ingredients into the mini bowl/container for milling (G). Lock the base with the blade (H*) into the container, turning it clockwise. Caution! The blade surface is very sharp!
10. Check the container. Place the container onto the blender base (E), pressing down, and turn it clockwise until it locks.
Note: In the locked position, the symbol ∇ on the base with the blade must align with the symbol Ĥ on the blender base.
Caution! To reduce the risk of injury, do not place the base with the blade onto the blender base unless the container is locked.
USING THE GRINDER* (*ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
Lock the grinder blade (M*) onto the grinder base shaft (L*), pressing the blade down until it locks into place. Put the ingredients into the grinder container (N*). Place the grinder base (K*) onto the grinder container, turning it clockwise until it locks.
12. Check the grinder. Place the grinder onto the blender base (E), pressing down, and turn it clockwise until it locks.
Note: In the locked position, the symbol ▼ on the grinder base must align with the symbol on the blender base.
Warning! To avoid injury, never place the base with the blade onto the blender base unless the grinder container is properly locked.
USING THE THERMO RESISTANT JUG* (*ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
13. The thermo resistant jug helps to keep the temperature of liquids, whether hot or cold. Insert the bottle into the jug and close the lid.
CLEANING* (*ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
14. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet. The accessories can be washed in the dishwasher; exceptions are the base with the blade (C), the base with the mill blades (H*), and the grinder base (K'). Rinse all parts of the appliance thoroughly.
Caution! The surface is very sharp!
15 Wipe the base of the burner with a damp cloth.
Caution! It is forbidden to immerse the base of the burner in water!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers to clean the appliance.

Do not allow the electric cord to hang over the edge of a table or counter, do not allow contact with hot surfaces, including the stove. - Never use accessories or parts from other manufacturers unless they are recommended; this may lead to injury. - Wait for the motor to stop completely before disassembling or cleaning. - Avoid contact with moving parts. Such contact may cause injury. - Cutting surfaces are very sharp! Risk of injury! Be careful when assembling, disassembling, and cleaning the appliance! Make sure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply. Do not use the appliance for purposes for which it is not intended. Do not attempt to bypass the safety interlock system that controls the appliance's operation. - It is forbidden to process boiling liquids (temperature must not exceed 80°C). - When choosing high speed, do not use the appliance for more than 1 minute continuously. After using the appliance at high speed for 1 minute, let it cool for at least 10 minutes. - With intensive use of the blender for chopping hard dry products such as nuts, the blades may become dull. The blender is not intended for crushing ice, for example, for cocktails. You can occasionally add nuts to the mixture, but this should not be done constantly, as it will lead to dulling of the blades. - When emptying the jar and during washing, be careful with the sharp blades. - Turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply before replacing accessories or performing any actions with moving parts. Do not use this appliance for mixing paints. This is dangerous and may lead to an explosion! Do not exceed the maximum filling volume indicated on the appliance itself. - This device is intended for household use only. The manufacturer is not responsible for possible damage resulting from improper operation.

START OF OPERATION* (* ONLY FOR SOME MODELS)
1 Before first use: Read the blender description and operating instructions carefully, see page 104. Place the required ingredients into the container. Caution! Do not exceed the maximum filling volume: 600 ml for the blender container (B) and 300 ml for the mini-container/chopper (G*). Do not blend hot, boiling liquids, meat, etc. 2 Place ingredients into the container. Install the blade unit (C) from the open side of the container and lock it by turning clockwise. Caution! The blades are very sharp! Place the blender base on a flat, horizontal surface. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. Turn the container over. Attach the container to the base (E) and turn clockwise to lock.
Note. In the locked position, the symbol on the blade unit must be opposite the symbol on the base.
Caution! To avoid injury, do not install the blade unit on the base without attaching the container to it.
5 Set the liquid switch (D) to value 1 or 2 according to the recipe or as desired. Set the liquid switch to "PULSE" (pulse) for applying short pulses. Attention! If after some time of operation the blender has stopped, immediately turn off the device, unplug it from the power supply and let it cool down for about 10 minutes. 6 Rinse cycle: Set the liquid switch to "OFF" (off) to stop rinsing. Make sure the blender has completely stopped, then press the container down and turn it counterclockwise to release the element. Remove the container from the blender base and turn it over. Close the lid with the opening for filling (A).
USE OF THE COOLING ELEMENT (*ONLY FOR CERTAIN MODELS)
The cooling element cools the prepared food mass to a lower temperature.
7 Unscrew the cap (J) of the cooling element (I) and fill it with drinking water up to the "MAX" (max.) mark. Screw the cap back on the cooling element and place it in the freezer until the water freezes. 8 Attach the frozen cooling element with the cap with the opening for filling to the handle for carrying. Install it on the container for blending (B). The cooling element can be washed in the dishwasher.
Note. The cooling element does not fit into the mini container (G*)
