Carefully read all instructions before operating and save them for future reference. By carefully following these instructions you can considerably prolong the service life of your appliance.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
- The manufacturer is not responsible for any failures arising from the use of this product in a manner inconsistent with the technical or safety standards.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
- Before installing the appliance, check that the device voltage corresponds with the supply voltage in your home (refer to the rating plate or technical data).
- While using the extension cord, make sure that its voltage is the same as specified on the device. Using different voltage may result in a fire or another accident, causing appliance damage or short circuit.
STOP REMEMBER: damaged cord may cause a shock, fire, or lead to a failure that will not be covered by the warranty. If the cable is damaged or requires replacing, contact an authorized service centre only to avoid all risks.
- Do not place the appliance on soft, unstable surface or cover it with a cloth while in operation as it may cause overheating or breakdown.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors as ingress of moisture or foreign objects inside the housing may result in damage.
STOP Do not push food into the feed chute port with fingers or foreign objects as this may cause injuries or breakdown. Use pushers that come with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance with visible damages of the housing or power cord, after the fall of the appliance or if there any faults detected. If any faults occur, unplug the appliance and contact the service centre.
REDMOND
- Before cleaning the appliance ensure that it is unplugged and has cooled down. While cleaning you are advised to follow the instructions of the "Appliance disassembling, cleaning and storing" section of this user manual.
STOP DO NOT immerse the appliance in water or keep in running water!
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. - Keep the packaging (film, foam plastic and other) out of reach of children as they may choke on them.
- No modifications or adjustments to the product are allowed. All the repairs should be carried out by an authorized service centre. Failure to do so may result in device and property damage or injury.
STOP CAUTION! Do not use the appliance in case of any malfunctions.

I. BEFORE USE
Carefully remove the appliance and its parts from the box. Remove the package and stickers.

Be sure to keep in place precautionary stickers, stickers pointers (if applicable) and the table with serial number on its housing!
After transportation or storage at low temperature allow the appliance to stay at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Rinse all removable parts, strictly following the guidelines of the section "Cleaning and maintenance". All removable parts should completely dry at room temperature before the appliance assembly.
Before operating the appliance ensure that outer and visible inner parts of the appliance are not damaged, do not have chips and other defects.
II. OPERATION
- Prepare products. If necessary, cut them so that they freely pass through the feed hole.
- Insert the required nozzle into the unit of the vegetable cutter. Perforations on the auger should align with the slots on the nozzle.
- Put the lock ring on the vegetable cutter unit and rotate it counter-clockwise. The lock ring marker should align with the ☐ on the vegetable cutter unit.
- Rotate the assembled unit 45^ clockwise and insert its axle into the drive shaft coupling on the motor unit. Rotate the unit counter-clockwise until it clicks.
- Put the container for chopped products under the lock ring of the unit.
DO NOT put nuts, coffee beans, ice cubes, sugar and other very firm or coarsely cut products into the vegetable cutter. It shortens the service life of the appliance and may lead to its breakage.
DO NOT use the appliance for chopping meat and fish.
- Plug in the appliance. Press the switch on/off button.
- Push food pieces into the tray feed hole using the pusher. Do not try to push products into the vegetable cutter by fingers or foreign items.
CAUTION! The continuous operation time of the appliance should not exceed 2 minutes. The idle time should be no less than 5 minutes.
- To switch off the appliance, repress switch on/off button and disconnect it from the power outlet.
Overload protection system
The appliance is equipped with the protective system that switches off the appliance upon overload. If it has occurred, press the switch on/off button, disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it completely cool down. Clean the feed hole from the remaining products and connect the appliance to the power outlet. The appliance will be ready for operation.
The recommended order of operating the appliance and its nozzles is shown in the table.

III. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean all nozzles and appliance parts immediately after use.

CAUTION! Switch off the appliance and unplug it before disassembling and cleaning.
Disassembly
- Remove the pusher from the feed hole.
- Rotate the vegetable cutter unit 45^ clockwise and disconnect it from the motor unit.
- Remove the lock ring from the vegetable cutter unit, rotating it clockwise.
- Take out the removable nozzle.
Cleaning A2
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Clean the nozzles and other details of the appliance with soft non-abrasive cleansers.

Do not clean the metal parts of the appliance in a dish washing machine, as cleansing agents may blacken the surface.

The maximum temperature when cleaning non-metal parts in a dish washer should not exceed 60°C.
- The parts of the appliance should completely dry at room temperature and natural ventilation.

DO NOT immerse the motor drive unit, plug and power cord in water or keep in running water.

DO NOT use sponges with hard or abrasive surface, abrasive scouring substances and solvents (benzine, ethyl acetate and others).
Storage
Before repeated operation or storage completely dry all parts of the appliance. Store the assembled appliance in a dry, ventilated place away from heating appliances and direct sunlight.
During transportation and storage, do not expose the device to mechanical stress, that may lead to damage of the device and/or violation of the package integrity.
Keep the device package away from water and other liquids.
IV. BEFORE CONTACTING SERVICE CENTRE

In case you didn't manage to eliminate the defects, please, refer to the authorized service centre.
V. PRODUCT WARRANTY
We warrant this product to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If the appliance fails to operate properly within the warranty period and is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty comes into force only in case an original warranty service coupon with a serial article number and an accurate impress of the company of the seller proves the purchase date. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by the failure to use this product for its normal purpose or in accordance with the instructions on the proper use and maintenance of the product, or any kind of repair works. Do not try to disassemble the appliance and keep all package contents. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the appliance and its parts (filters, bulbs, non-stick coating, gaskets, etc.).
The service life and the applicable product warranty period start on the date of purchase or the date of manufacture (if the purchase date cannot be established).
You can determine the manufacture date by the serial number located on the identification label on the housing of the appliance. The serial number consists of 13 digits. 6th and 7th digits of the serial number identify the month, 8th digit the year of manufacture.
The service life of the product, established by the manufacturer is 3 years from the date of purchase, provided that the unit is used and maintained in accordance with the user manual and applicable technical standards.

Environmentally friendly disposal (WEEE)
The packaging, user manual and the device itself shall be taken to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Do not throw away the electronic waste to help protect the environment.
Old appliances must not be disposed with other household waste but must be collected separately. Municipal disposal of recyclable wastes is free of charge. The owners of old appliances are required to bring it to a waste facility centre. With this little extra effort, you can help to ensure that valuable raw materials are recycled and pollutants are treated as appropriate.
This appliance is labelled in accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU – concerning used electrical and electronic appliances (waste electrical and electronic equipment WEEE).
The guideline determines the framework for the return and recycling of used appliances as applicable throughout the EU.
