Useful tips for juice extraction
Almost all common types of fruit are suitable for juice extraction, such as apples, pears, plums, strawberries, grapes, oranges, melons, kiwi fruit, pineapples, mangoes and papayas.
The following vegetables are also suitable for effcient juice extraction: carrots, kohlabi, celery or cucumber. However, spinach, rocket (rucola) or different types
of lettuce may be processed as well.
- Apples, carrots, cucumber and celery, among other things, produce a vitalising juice.
A delicious breakfast juice can be made from grapefruits, carrots and apples. - Bananas are not suitable for extraction, as they contain very little juice.
After cleaning, roughly cut up the fruit or vegetables and remove any stones, cores or seeds to prevent damage to the appliance.
To facilitate extraction, hard fruit and vegetables such as carrots, fennel or kohlrabi should be cut into smaller pieces.
