Why is the water flow of my MOULINEX FG370800 coffee maker very low?
Frequently Asked Questions - 21 d
Response Notice-Facile

If the water flow of your MOULINEX FG370800 coffee maker is very low, descaling is usually the solution. Your device accumulates limescale over time, which reduces the flow. Here’s how to proceed:

Descaling Procedure

  • Recommended frequency: Descale your coffee maker every month or every 40 cycles of use
  • Product to use: Use either a special descaler or 2 cups of diluted white vinegar
  • Steps:
    • Pour the descaling product into the reservoir (capacity 1.25 L)
    • Turn on the coffee maker without coffee
    • Let it run for the equivalent of one cup, then stop
    • Let it sit for 1 hour
    • Continue the cycle and rinse 2 to 3 times with fresh water

Important: Failure to descale regularly may void your warranty. If the flow remains very low after descaling, there may be another issue affecting your device - consult an authorized repair center.
