To increase the air flow of your Einhell TEAC 27050 Silent compressor, you need to lower the output pressure using the pressure regulator (7) located on the control panel. The lower the pressure, the higher the air flow. This inverse relationship between pressure and flow is a physical characteristic of this piston compressor.

Output flows according to pressure:

At 4 bars: 135 L/min
At 7 bars: 98 L/min
Theoretical maximum flow (unregulated): 270 L/min

The compressor has two distinct quick connectors to meet your needs. The connector 5 (regulated air) allows you to use the pressure regulator to adjust the flow and pressure to your application. The connector 13 (unregulated air) provides maximum pressure and flow directly from the tank, without going through the regulator — this option is ideal if you need a very high flow for intensive work.

To practically increase the air flow, adjust the pressure regulator (7) by turning its adjustment screw, then read the pressure obtained on the manometer (6). Use a low pressure (around 3 to 4 bars) for inflation and cleaning — you will achieve a high flow (135 L/min). A higher pressure (7 to 10 bars) is suitable for painting, where the quality of the result takes precedence over raw flow. The compressor automatically stops at around 10 bars and restarts around 8 bars.

Note that the maximum flow of the motor (270 L/min) is an unavoidable physical limit — you cannot exceed it by lowering the pressure further. If your pneumatic tools require a very high flow, prefer the unregulated air connector (13) to bypass the regulator and fully utilize the pump's capacity.
