Use the folding mechanism located on the handlebar. Lower the folding latch and fold the handlebar backward. Make sure the mechanism is securely locked before transporting the scooter.
How to charge the battery?
Plug the original charger into the charging port (mark 6) and into a wall outlet. The charging time is 7 to 8 hours. Only use the provided charger to avoid any fire risk.
What does the E10 error on the screen mean?
Error E10 indicates a communication error. Check the cables and connection between the screen and the controller. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
How to change the driving mode?
Press the power button twice to change the mode (Pedestrian, Eco, Drive, Sport). The selected mode appears on the screen. You can also change the speed unit (km/h ↔ mph) by pressing three times.
What is the maximum weight supported by the scooter?
The maximum load is 120 kg. Do not exceed this limit to ensure safety and avoid damaging the device.
Can I ride in the rain with the Motus Scooty 10 Pro?

How to register an NFC card for locking?

What to do if the scooter does not turn on?
First check the battery level: if error E21 (low voltage) appears, recharge it. If the problem persists, contact authorized customer service.
How to clean the scooter?
Do not use water. Use a soft brush, damp wipes, and specific cleaning products. After use on sand, thoroughly clean all moving parts to prevent premature wear.

The Ground Truth image displays a single, solid horizontal line. According to Rule 2 (UNDERSCORE & LINE RULES), this is a stylistic or background line, not a placeholder underscore. Therefore, the OCR result must ignore it and output nothing or only meaningful text. The provided OCR content is "____", which consists of four underscores. This is an incorrect interpretation of the line as a placeholder, violating the rule that stylistic lines must be ignored. The OCR has hallucinated placeholder underscores where none should exist in the GT. Hence, the OCR result is inconsistent with the Ground Truth.

Fire users contact their supplier and check the terms of their purchase agreement. This product and its electronic accessories should not be mixed with other commercial waste for disposal.
