2. Safety instructions for the user
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
General precautions during the use of electrical
equipment
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors. Always place the appliance on a flat and even surface.
- This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
- The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the name-plate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
- Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
- Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down. (fig.1)
- The device is not completely disconnected from the power source, even after it has been turned off. To disconnect it completely, disconnect it from the mains plug.
- Do not immerse the main body, power supply cord or plug in water or any other liquids. Care should be taken to avoid spillage on the electrical components, power cord and plug. (Fig.2)
- Care should be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning. (Fig.3) Overloaded or empty bowl is prohibited.
- The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: – Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments;
– Farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments;
– Catering and similar non-retail applications.

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury
- Do not place or operate this appliance near water sources.
- Do not place or operate the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove plates) or open flames.
- Do not leave the power cord hanging from sharp edges and keep away from hot objects and flames. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Neither immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating elements, in water, nor rinse it under the tap.
- Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
- When you want to remove the plug from the wall contact, please do this at the plug itself and not by pulling on the cable or the appliance itself.
- To avoid electric shock, make sure your hands are dry before plugging or unplugging.
- Do not use the device with wet hands, on damp floors or when the atmosphere is humid there is a risk of electric shock.
- While using the appliance, make sure that the power cord must not be caught or crushed.
- Do not let the motor unit, cord or plug get wet to protect against risk of electric shock.
- Be careful, while handling electrical appliances, as the surface of the heating element is subject to residual heat after use. Any misuse may cause potential injury to the user and may damage the appliance.
- Do not remove lid until blade has completely stopped rotating.
- Do not touch the outer surface of the appliance as it can get very hot during operation. Instead, use the handle or mitts.
- Never immerse the appliance or the plug in water or any other liquid. In the event of the appliance falling in water, disconnect immediately from the mains supply and take it to an authorized service agent for repair before reusing.
- Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged. In case of the cord being damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
- In case of appliance malfunction, or if it has been damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.

Restrictions on use when used with children and elders
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Do not allow children to use the appliance. (fig.4)
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance
- Allow sufficient space around the Chopper for ventilation and heat dissipation. Place on a flat, stable, heat resistant surface a minimum distance of 5 to 10 cm from walls and other items.
- The bowl is resistant against heat up to 60°C. Never place food or any liquid with a higher temperature into it, or put it in an environment with a higher temperature, like a tableware disinfector. Otherwise there is a risk of the bowl cracking, which may subsequently lead to scalding and cutting.
- NOTE: To obtain a good result, do not put the meat more than the Max. sign indicated inside the Bowl.
- Do not connect multiple appliances into a single socket, as doing so can produce an electric shock.
- Please do not use metallic objects to remove the food from the bowl.
- To avoid any risk of electric shock or leakage, always remove the plug from the socket.
- This appliance cannot be used to process hard food, such as: meat with bones, coffee beans, black pepper, Chinese prickly ash
or ice cubes.
- Before putting the ingredients, make sure that the blades are in the correct position. If the blade does not move quickly within a few seconds, pull out the plug and check whether there is any obstacle. Remove the obstacle if there is any, and in case of extra ingredients, take out the extra ingredients.
- Blades are very sharp. Please do not touch the blade directly with your hand. Hold from the arbour of the blade while taking it out of the bowl.
- Never use more than 30 seconds continuously. After using it for 30 seconds, rest about 2 minutes and then start working again. After completing 3 cycles of 30 seconds with the rest of 2 minutes, stop using it for at least 15 minutes. Wait for the motor to cool down and then start working again.
This product is fitted with a thermal cut-out to stop the main body from overheating. If the thermal cut-out activates, disconnect the power supply and leave the Chopper to cool for 30 minutes. In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before use, check that all accessories are complete and that the equipment is not damaged. The Chopper should be cleaned according to the instructions in the Cleaning and Maintenance section. The Chopper should be run through an operational cycle before it is used for the first time. When using the Chopper for the first time, a slight odor may be emitted. This is normal and will soon subside.
NOTE: Care should be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and during cleaning.
OPERATIONAL PROCESS
1) Always ensure meat and vegetables are cleaned and prepared thoroughly before placing them into the unit. Remove any bones or skin from meat. 2) For any frozen meat or vegetables, make sure these are defrosted before using the unit.
3) Align the bowl hole with the spindle, rotate clockwise to lock it, and make sure the bowl is installed in place.
4) Align the blade assembly with the spindle, and make sure the blade assembly is in place.


5) Place the prepared vegetables or meat into the bowl.
6) Align the four points on the edge of the lid with the three slots inside the bowl and rotate clockwise until it snaps into place.


7) Insert the power cord into the wall outlet, hold the main body, and press the on/off button to work. Release it to stop working.
8) When the chopping and stirring has finished, turn off the power and make sure the blades have stopped. Remove the lid (turn counterclockwise to open) and blades, then pour out the contents.
Note: The maximum continuous operation time is 30 seconds. If further processing is required, allow to cool for 2 minutes before using again.

HOW TO USE EGG WHISK
1- Insert the egg whisk attachment into the chopper bowl. Make sure it clicks securely into the motor unit or gear shaft. 2- Pour the ingredients to be whisked into the bowl. Do not exceed the maximum capacity. 3- Place the lid on the bowl and ensure it is locked properly. 4- Plug in the chopper and select the whisking speed. 5- When the ingredients reach the desired consistency, release the power button to stop. Unplug the chopper before opening the lid. 6- Carefully detach the whisk attachment. Wash and dry all parts according to the cleaning instructions.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the chopper from the mains power supply and allow it to cool fully before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
Disassemble the unit and clean each piece individually. All parts should be cleaned immediately after use. The bowl, lid, and blades should be hand washed with mild detergent. Do not submerge the main body in any kind of liquid; clean it with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent.
Storage
When the unit is not in use, it should be stored safely. Turn the unit off, unplug the power cord from the outlet, and store the unit in a cool, dry place.

6) Align the four points on the edge of the lid with the three slots in the bowl and turn clockwise until it clicks into place.

8) After chopping and mixing is complete, switch off the power and make sure the blades have stopped. Remove the lid (turn it counterclockwise to open) and the blades, then pour out the contents.
Note: Be careful when handling the sharp blade.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE FIRST USE
5) Place the prepared vegetables or meat into the bowl.

7) Plug the power cord into a wall outlet, hold the main body, and press the on/off button to start operation. Release the button to stop operation.
Note: The maximum continuous operation time is 30 seconds. If further chopping is needed, allow the appliance to cool for 2 minutes before using again.

4) Align the blade assembly with the shaft and check that the blade assembly is correctly positioned.

8) When you have finished chopping and mixing, turn off the power and wait for the blades to stop. Remove the lid (turn counterclockwise to open) and the blades, then pour out the contents.
Note: Be careful of sharp blades when handling.
