  • Open the accessories bag and ensure all included accessories are present.
  • Install the exhaust hose. Fig. 2

Installation location

  • Do not place blankets or ropes on the floor, as these could generate heat that interferes with the tumble dryer's operation.

Important tips

  • The temperature of the hot air generated by the dryer can reach 60 °C; do not install the dryer on surfaces that cannot withstand high temperatures.
  • The ambient operating temperature should be ≥ 5 ^ and ≤ 35 ^ , as it affects the working efficiency.

ENGLISH

4. OPERATION

Setting the drying time

Select the desired time within the selected zone.

- Cold air drying zone (blue colour): operation with cold air only.

- Hot air drying zone (grey colour): hot air operation. Before finishing, the device automatically performs a cooling section with cold air.

In the following table you can see the recommended times depending on the weight of the clothes you wish to dry:

Laundry weight Drying time (not including cold air drying time)
2.5 kg 190 minutes
2 kg 155 minutes
1.5 kg 120 minutes
1 kg 100 minutes
0,5 kg 60 minutes

End of drying

- If you wish to remove items during drying and the inside of the drum is very hot, cool the items before removing them.

- After drying, fibre garments can accumulate static electricity due to friction. A slight shock may be felt when they are removed. This is normal.

Switch-off

- Switch off the power after drying is complete.

Drying tips before inserting the laundry

- Do not tumble dry the following items: especially delicate garments such as net curtains; wool; silk; fabrics with metallic trims; nylon stockings/tights; bulky materials such as anoraks, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, down quilts; or any items containing rubber foam or materials similar to rubber foam.

- Always follow the instructions on the garment care labels.

- Close pillowcases and pillowcases with their zippers to prevent small items of clothing from getting trapped inside.

- Closes hooks, zippers, hooks, and ties belts and apron straps. Classify the laundry according to the type of fabric and the degree of drying required.

- Avoid overdrying to reduce wrinkles and save energy.

ENGLISH

  • Avoid drying dark garments together with light items that release lint (e.g. towels), as they may attract lint.
  • The laundry should be thoroughly spun before tumble drying.
  • It is recommended that easy-care garments (e.g., shirts) undergo a brief spin-drying beforehand.
  • Knitted textiles (e.g. knitted underwear) may shrink slightly during drying. Do not overwrite them.
  • To avoid static charges at the end of drying, use fabric softener in the wash or a specific conditioner for tumble dryers.
  • Remove the laundry when the dryer has finished drying.
  • If any garment remains damp after the cycle, program a short post-drying time, at least 30 minutes. This is especially necessary for garments with several layers (e.g., collars, pockets, etc.).
  • Make sure that no metal objects are left in the wash (e.g. hairpins, safety pins, pins).
  • Fasten pillowcases; close zips, hooks and press studs; tie up belts or long ribbons.
  • To avoid entanglements:
o Close zippers, fasten duvet covers and tie loose ties or ribbons (e.g. from aprons).
Turn garments with double-layer fabrics inside out (e.g., in anoraks with cotton lining, the cotton should be facing out) to promote drying.
  • Empty pockets and remove any objects such as lighters and matches.

General requirements

  • Cotton and linen: the drum can be adequately filled.
  • Synthetic fibres: the amount of garments should not exceed half of the drum capacity.
  • Silk and wool: the quantity of garments should not exceed one quarter of the drum capacity.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Ensure the power supply is switched off before any maintenance or cleaning operations.

Cleaning the exterior

  • Use only soap and water to clean the exterior of the dryer and dry it thoroughly.
  • Important: Do not use alcohol, thinners or similar products to clean the dryer.

Cleaning the door

- Periodically clean the inside of the door to remove lint accumulated in the groove around the filter.

Cleaning the filters

Clean the filter assembly after each use. Fig. 3

ENGLISH

  2. Remove the filter assembly.
  3. Cleaning:

- Filter: use a soft brush or water to remove dirt.

- Rear filter: after removal, use a soft brush to remove lint, or use a vacuum cleaner or water to remove dirt.

Note: the rear filter washed with water may wrinkle.

  1. Reinstallation:

Reassemble in this order, aligning with the central shaft: cotton filter – filter – filter cover. Make sure that the centre concave part of the filter cover and the centre convex part of the filter fit correctly.

The front cotton filter should be cleaned at least once a month. Fig. 4

  1. Grasp the lower end of the front filter screen with some force, push it up and pull it out.
  2. Remove the cotton filter from the front filter, remove dirt with a vacuum cleaner or with water; ensure the filter is completely dry and reinstall it in the tumble dryer.
