Thank you for purchasing this HENDI appliance. Read this user manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below, before installing and using this appliance for the first time.

Safety instructions

• Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was designed for, as described in this manual.
• The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by in correct operation and improper use.

- NEVER USE A DAMAGED APPLIANCE! Check the electrical connections and cable regularly for any damage. When damaged, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Any repairs should only be carried out by a supplier or qualified person to avoid danger or injury.

- WARNING! When positioning the appliance, route the power cable safely if necessary to avoid unintentional pulling, being damaged, coming into contact with the heating surface, or causing a tripping hazard.

- WARNING! ALWAYS switch off the appliance before disconnecting from the power supply, cleaning, maintenance or storage.

- Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned on the appliance label.

- Do not touch the plug/electrical connections with wet or damp hands.

Battery safety instructions:

- DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Dry batteries must not be re-chargeable or throw in the fire or short-circuited.

Preparation before use

• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check that the device is in good condition and with all accessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the device.
• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning & Maintenance).
  • Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant surface that is safe against water splashes.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in the future.

• This radio uses electromagnetic energy in the radio frequency (RF) spectrum to provide communications between two or more users over a distance. RF energy, which when used improperly, can cause biological damage.
  • Each one keyboard transmitter could expand 998 coaster pagers.
• During programing and setting, pagers must be being charged.
• Connect the adaptor to the main power supply.
• Transmitter is powered by the output of adaptor.
• Either the charger could be powered via Type-C cable by the output of transmitter (5V [—] 2A) or by output of adaptor(12V [+2A] directly.
• The product is in default operation mode and ready to use. You can input the corresponding numbers shown on pagers and press "Call" button to call the pagers.
• Press "ON/OFF" button, "C999" is displayed. Press "Call" button, all charging pagers will be turned off. The pagers will be turned on again during charging. NOTE: The "ON/OFF" setting will not affect the pagers which are not charging.
• Under operation mode, press UP/DOWN button to query 10 call histories. You can press "Call" button directly to call the corresponding pagers in shortcut.

Function:

A. F1 - Programming

All pagers are programmed before delivery. So this operation is only necessary when adding new pagers or changing numbers.

Press FUNCTION, F1 is displayed. Then press CALL to enter programming status.

In programming status, P--- is displayed. Charging indicator on charging pagers will be off, and other LED will be on.

Input the number, and all charging pagers display the number. Then pick up a pager, and it beeps to indicate the number has been accepted.

Repeat above steps to program other pagers.

Note: The pagers will quit programming mode if no operation within 1 minute. All pagers' numbers will not change if not being programmed. 1 pager only can be programmed 1 number. Old number will be replaced by the new one.

B. F2 - Set alarm mode

Press FUNCTION, and find F2 by pressing UP/DOWN button. Then press CALL to enter.

Please refer to settings table at the end of the manual for setting alarm mode.

A*** is displayed in F2.

C. F3 - Set alarm time

Press FUNCTION, and find F3 by pressing UP/DOWN button. Then press CALL to enter.

Please refer to settings table at the end of the manual for setting length of alarm time.

L*** is displayed in F3.

D. F4 - Set alarm repeat time

Press FUNCTION, and find F4 by pressing UP/DOWN button. Then press CALL to enter.

Please refer to settings table at the end of the manual for setting repeat alarm time.

Γ*** is displayed in F4.

E. F5 - Edit transmitter ID

Press FUNCTION, and find F5 by pressing UP/DOWN button. Then press CALL to enter.

Please refer to settings table at the end of the manual for editing transmitter ID.

E*** is displayed in F5.

F. Call history

Press UP/DOWN button to query call history.

The number in call history can be called directly by pressing CALL.

Maximum 10 recent called records can be queried.

Note: No looping of UP/DOWN button.

G. In CALL mode

Short press POWER button and C999 is displayed. Then press CALL, and all charging pagers will be off. Re-charge pagers will turn on again.

Note: This instruction is invalid to the pagers not being charged.

F3 Set Length of Alarm Time			In F3, L015 is displayed.Input number[1-999s] and press CALL. The alarm time can be set from 1s to 999s.
F4 Set Repeat Alarm Time			In F4, F000 is displayed.Input number[1-999s] and press CALL. The pager will alarm again in set time if its stop button is not pressed or not being charged.
F5 Edit Trans -mitter ID			In F5 mode, press CALL,E and the original ID is displayed. You can edit it by inputting a new number.

Cleaning & maintenance

- If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a dangerous situation.

Cleaning

• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.
• Avoid water contacting the electrical components.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool, metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for cleaning. Do not use petrol or solvents!

Maintenance

• If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that there is a problem, stop using it, switch it off and contact the supplier.
• Recharge the build-in Li-ion battery within 6 months again to protect the life cycle of battery when you are not going to be using the product for a long period of time.

Transportation and Storage

- Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance does not function properly, please check the below table for the solution. If you are still unable to solve the problem, please contact the supplier/service provider.

Warranty

Any defect affecting the functionality of the appliance which becomes apparent within one year after purchase will be repaired by free repair or replacement provided the appliance has been used and maintained in accordance with the instructions and has not been abused or misused in any way. Your statutory rights are not affected. If the appliance is claimed under warranty, state where and when it was purchased and include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt).

Discarding & Environment

When decommissioning the appliance, the product must not be disposed of with other household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose to your waste equipment by handing it over to a designated collection point. Failure to follow this rule may be penalized in accordance with applicable regulations on waste disposal. The separate collection and recycling of your waste equipment at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment.

For more information about where you can drop off your waste for recycling, please contact your local waste collection company. The manufacturers and importers do not take responsibility for recycling, treatment and ecological disposal, either directly or through a public system.
