How to fill the water tank of the Boneco E200?

Two methods: direct filling through the filling opening on top, or indirect filling by removing the top part and pouring water directly into the water tray. Stop when the filling ring appears (direct) or when the water reaches the filling limit (indirect).

Can I use essential oils with the Boneco E200?

Yes, thanks to the integrated container for fragrant substances. Add a few drops of essential oil into this container, never directly into the water. Do not put oils into the water tank, as this would damage the device.

How to clean the Boneco E200 humidifier?

First unplug the device. Clean the outside with a damp cloth. Remove the top part and clean the float tip. Clean the water tray with a brush and dish soap. Rinse thoroughly. Reassemble everything.

When should the evaporation mat A7018 be replaced?

Every 10 to 12 weeks, or sooner if dirty, smelly, or performance is reduced. Replace it by turning the float tip to the OPEN position, remove the old mat, insert the new one, and close to the CLOSE position.

What to do if the LEDs flash red?

This means the water tank is empty. Add fresh water and the LEDs will turn off automatically. The device shuts off automatically for safety reasons.

How to change the ambient light color?

Press and hold the on/off button for about 3 seconds to turn the light on/off. Automatic color change is active by default. To set a fixed color, hold the button until the device turns off and then on again.

What is the runtime of the Boneco E200 with a full tank?

It depends on the power level. With a capacity of 3.8 liters and a maximum performance of 200 g/h, the runtime can vary from several hours to more than a day in low power mode.

Is the Boneco E200 quiet?

Yes, the sound level is between 25 and 44 dB(A), making it suitable for use in a bedroom, especially in night mode.

How to replace the Ionic Silver Stick A7017?

Remove the old stick and replace it with a new one once a year. It can be disposed of with household waste. Make sure to use the specific model A7017 to ensure the antimicrobial effect.

OPERATION

OPERATING MODES

The BONECO appliance has three operating modes and the user can switch between them using the output button:

Press the button repeatedly to switch between the levels.

REFILL THE WATER

If the water tank is empty, all three LEDs on the BONECO appliance flash red. They automatically turn off once the water has been refilled.

MOOD LIGHT

Your BONECO appliance is equipped with a variable LED light that provides for a pleasant ambience. The color can be adjusted, as can the automatic color change. And, of course, the light can be turned off completely for night mode.

TURNING THE MOOD LIGHT ON OR OFF

When the BONECO appliance is turned on, the automatic color change is activated.

To turn the mood light on or off, press and hold the On/Off button for about 3 seconds.

KEEPING THE CURRENT COLOR

The color change can be deactivated so that the current color is kept. Once the desired color is shining, press and hold the On/Off button until the appliance turns off and back on.

Holding the On/Off button again will reactivate the color change.

USING FRAGRANCES

BASICS

Inside the BONECO E200 there is a fragrance container for adding commercially available fragrances and essential oils.

This fragrance container is made of a special material. Never add essential oils and other

fragrances directly into the water tank or water base. It only takes a small amount to damage the appliance irreparably. Such damage is not covered by the warranty.

USE

1. Remove the upper part.

1. Add a few drops of the fragrance of your choice to the fragrance container.

NOTES ON CLEANING

ABOUT CLEANING

This means regular maintenance and cleaning is necessary to ensure unimpaired and clean operation.

Recommended cleaning and maintenance intervals vary depending on air quality, water quality and operating time.

A soft cloth, dish detergent and a scrub brush are recommended for cleaning.

Always unplug the BONECO appliance from the power outlet before you begin cleaning.

Failure to do so can result in electric shock and fatal injury!

The A7017 Ionic Silver Stick ^® uses the antimicrobial effect of silver for a significant improvement of water hygiene. It is effective as soon as water comes into contact with it – even if the appliance is switched off.

Replace the A7017 Ionic Silver Stick ^® annually to guarantee antimicrobial effectiveness.

The spent A7017 Ionic Silver Stick® can be thrown out with your regular household waste.

REPLACING THE A7018 EVAPORATOR MAT

Replace the A7018 evaporator mat if there is excessive contamination, limescale build-up, odor, reduced suction, etc.

1. Turn the float tip in the "OPEN" direction to remove it.

1. Pull out the used evaporator mat and throw it out with your household waste.

1. Insert the new evaporator mat.

2. Install the float tip on the float body by turning it in the "CLOSE" direction.

DISPOSING OF THE A7018 EVAPORATOR MAT

The A7018 evaporator mat consists of paper, so you can recycle it or throw it out with your household waste.
