The breast pump does not turn on, what to do?

Check that the device is charged or plugged into a working electrical outlet. If the battery is low, recharge it for 2 hours. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to clean the pump parts?

Disassemble all parts in contact with milk (funnels, bottles, valves, etc.). Wash them in warm soapy water after each use. For disinfection, boil these parts in water for 10 minutes once a day. Do not clean the pump with water; wipe it with a damp cloth.

Can I use the pump while plugged into the mains?

Yes, you can use the pump while charging it via the USB cable. However, the battery does not charge while the device is running.

What are the available pumping modes?

The breast pump offers two modes: stimulation mode (fast pumping to trigger milk flow) and deep pumping mode (slower pumping to extract milk effectively). Stimulation mode automatically switches to deep pumping mode after 2 minutes, but you can switch manually.

How many suction levels are there?

Each mode offers 9 suction levels (L1 to L9). Use the + and - buttons to adjust the power. Start at a low level and increase until you feel slight discomfort, without pain.

The pump stops after 30 minutes, is this normal?

Yes, the device turns off automatically after 30 minutes of operation for safety and battery management reasons. You can restart it if necessary.

How to know if the battery is low?

The battery icon on the screen flashes when the battery is low. If it is not flashing and the device is plugged in, it indicates charging in progress. A full battery is displayed without flashing.

Can I freeze the expressed milk?

Yes, you can freeze breast milk. Never defrost in the microwave or boiling water. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator or under running water at max 37°C. Do not refreeze thawed milk.

What to do if suction is weak or absent?

Check that all parts are correctly assembled and clean. Ensure the funnel is properly applied to the breast. Reassemble the device following the manual instructions. If the problem persists, check that the valve is not punctured.

How to switch to storage mode if I don't use the device for a long time?

The device automatically switches to storage mode after a long period of inactivity. To reactivate it, plug it in and charge it for 2 hours. Before storing, make sure all parts are clean, the pump is cleaned, and the battery is fully charged.

INSTRUKCJA OBSŁUGI

Szanowny Kliencie,

Neno Bella Twin device you have purchased is an electronic breast pump with a touch panel for pumping breast milk from a woman's breast after childbirth. Please read the instructions for use before use.

01. PRECAUTIONS

1. Do not use a breast pump during pregnancy - it can cause premature labour.
2. Do not use the device if you suffer from chronic illness or hypersensitivity, which would cause you pain when using the breast pump.
3. Before each use, make sure that none of the parts are damaged. Do not use the breast pump if any part is visibly damaged.
4. Keep the device out of the reach of children and animals.
5. For hygiene reasons, only one person should use the breast pump.
6. Keep the pumping part of the device away from water.
7. Avoid exposing the device to mechanical damage such as a fall.

8. Keep the silicone parts of the breast pump away from hot surfaces to avoid distortion.

9. Clean and disinfect your breast pump first each time you intend to store an extracted milk.

10. Do not clean machine parts with abrasive cleaners.
11. Do not attempt to repair the breast pump yourself - this will invalidate the warranty.
12. If using the device causes pain or severe discomfort, switch it off and move the breast pump away from the breast.
13. The tube does not require washing. Make sure the tube is dry before each use. The wet tube may damage the device.
14. Do not connect the charging device to a voltage higher than specified.

02. BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Connect the breast pump to the power supply. Charge the batteries for 2 hours.
2. Disconnect the parts of the breast pump that will be in direct contact with the breast or milk.
3. Unscrew the milk bottle from the connection.
4. Pull the valve down to disengage it from the connector.
5. Remove the lid from the funnel and pull the funnel off the joint.
6. Remove the gasket cover and gasket from the joint.
7. Wash the device components (please refer to the CLEANING AND DISINFECTION section).

1. Power button (B) - Hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. Mode change button (H) - Press this button to change the device operating mode. There are 2 operating modes of the device (stimulation, deep pumping).
3. Changing the suction level - Press „+” (I) to increase the suction power or „-” (A) to decrease the suction power. (Pacing (D) mode: L1-L9 levels; Deep Pumping (F) mode: L1-L9 levels.)
4. Battery status (C) - The battery icon shows the battery charge status. Connect the device to charge when the battery is low.
5. Device operation time (G) - This indicator shows how many minutes have passed since the breast pump was turned on. The device will automatically turn off after 30 minutes.
6. Suction Level (E) - Shows the currently selected suction level.

05. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Washing and sanitizing are two different activities. They must be done separately to protect your baby and to ensure that the breast pump is working properly.

Washing - washing the surface of the device and removing impurities.

Disinfection - killing organisms such as bacteria or viruses that may be present on the surface of the device.

Funnel and funnel cover, elements of the breast pump (joint, gasket, gasket cover), bottle and nipple:

Before the first use - washing and disinfection.

After each use - washing.

Once a day - disinfection.

CAUTION:

• Separate and wash all parts of the appliance that come into contact with milk immediately after using the appliance. Thanks to this, you will remove sediment from milk and prevent the growth of bacteria.
• Use only potable tap water for cleaning. Use bottled water if your tap water does not meet this requirement.
• When cleaning the valves, do not use brushes. Be careful not to pierce the valve straight through.
• Disassemble, wash and rinse all parts of the breast pump that come into contact with milk, except the pumping device.
• Use a mild washing - up liquid or soap when washing the elements of the breast pump.

1. Washing (before first use and after use - in a sink):

a. Rinse all the detached parts (which have come into contact with the

breast and milk) in cold water to rinse off any milk residue and sediment.

b. Soak in warm soapy water for 5 minutes, then wash and rinse.

c. Let the elements dry naturally. Store the dry parts of the machine in a cool, dry place when not in use.

1. Disinfection (before first use and once a day - on the stove):

a. Fill the pot with water so that all items in it are covered when you put them in the water. Bring to a boil. Place the breast pump components in boiling water for 10 minutes. Don't cook.
b. Let the elements dry naturally. Store the dry kit components in a cool, dry place when not in use.

1. Cleaning the pumping device:

a. Wipe the pump unit with a soft, wet cloth and a mild washing-up liquid / soap. Other cleaning agents or abrasives may damage the device and its display.
b. When you are not using the pumping unit, they store it in a cool, dry place.

06. BREAST PUMP ASSEMBLY

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before touching the breast pump and breasts.
2. Attach the funnel, diaphragm and diaphragm cap to the connection.
3. Place the valve in the connection.
4. Screw the bottle on to the connection by turning it clockwise until it stops.
5. Connect the tubing to the diaphragm cover.
6. Connect the tubing to the appropriate port on the pumping device.

Advice:

a. Before each use, check that the parts of the breast pump are not damaged. If necessary, replace damaged parts with new ones.
b. Always check the cleanliness of the components before using the machine.
c. To avoid damaging the breast pump, make sure that all its parts are dry before using it.

07. CHARGING THE BREAST PUMP

Before using it for the first time, charge the breast pump for 2 hours by connecting it to the power supply using the USB cable. The battery icon on the display will be full when charging is complete.

Full blinking battery - low battery, plug in charger.

Non - flashing battery - battery connected to charging, current battery charge

status.

Full on battery - battery fully charged.

You can use the breast pump while the device is connected to the charging station. Your device, s battery will be charged when you connect it to power. The device battery will not be charged when the pumping device is turned on. Fully charge the battery of the breast pump before storing it if you intend not to use the device for a long period of time. Charge your device, s battery before it is completely depleted. It extends battery life. If the breast pump was stored in a hot place, the battery may not work initially. Let the breast pump cool down for an hour before you start using it.

08. USE OF A BREAST PUMP

1. Place the funnel on the breast so that the nipple is inside the drainage canal.

2. Press the funnel and connect the breast pump to your breast using your thumb and forefinger.

3. Support your breast.

4. Switch on the breast pump by pressing the power button and select the operating mode that suits you.

5. Press the power button to turn off the breast pump after use and place the lid on the funnel to protect it from dust.

6. The breast pump starts working in stimulation mode. Set the suction power level convenient for you using the +/- buttons. Stimulation mode - fast pumping that mimics the natural suckling of milk from the breast by the baby, stimulating the flow of milk. After 2 minutes, the breast pump automatically switches to deep expression mode. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the suction power level to find the highest suction level that is comfortable for you. If food begins to flow out of your breast within two minutes, press the Mode Shift Button to manually enter Deep Feed Mode.

7. Pumping Mode - Slower pumping that draws milk gently and efficiently from your breasts. In food intake mode, increase the suckling level to the point where you feel a slight discomfort (not pain) and decrease the suckling rate by one notch.

09. PREPARATION OF MILK FOR FEEDING

1. Do not thaw frozen milk in the microwave or in boiling water. There is a risk of scalding the baby's face.

2. Thaw the milk in the fridge overnight. Do not refreeze once thawed milk. You can thaw milk quickly by holding it under running water with a maximum temperature of 37^ C.

3. Place the closed bottle/bag in a bowl of warm water for 20 minutes to bring

the milk to body temperature.

1. Do not add freshly drained milk to previously frozen milk if the amount of fresh milk exceeds the amount of previously frozen milk.
2. It is recommended that you breastfeed before you start feeding your baby with a bottle.
3. Always check the bottle, teat and other components before and after each feeding. If the teat is damaged, stop using it immediately.
4. To avoid the risk of strangulation, test the strength of the soother by pulling gently on its protruding part.
5. Do not try to enlarge the opening of the teat.
6. Infants should not be bottle fed without adult supervision.
7. The teat of the bottle should not be used as a soother for the baby.

10. LONG-TERM STORAGE

1. The breast pump has a built-in battery. To protect against damage, the device goes into storage mode after a long period of inactivity. To disable storage mode, connect the device to power and charge it for 2 hours. Before you put the breast pump down for an extended period of time, make sure that:

a. All parts of the breast pump are clean.
b. You cleaned the pumping device.
c. The device battery is fully charged.

11. FAQ

1. The device does not start: make sure that the breast pump is connected to a working electrical outlet. If the breast pump has no power source, its display will not turn on and no error message will appear.
2. The device does not pump when switched on: make sure the device has a charged battery or is connected to the power supply.
3. No/poor suction: Make sure all parts of the breast pump are correctly positioned. Take the breast pump apart and make sure all parts are clean and undamaged. Reassemble the breast pump according to the instructions in the instructions in the Lactator Assembly section. When pumping, make sure the entire surface of the funnel is pressed against the breast.
4. More milk has come out of your breast than the bottle can hold: turn off the pump and unplug it. Use a moist (not wet) cloth to wipe the breast pump. Wash the parts of the breast pump that contain milk according to the instructions in the CLEANING AND DISINFECTING section. When all parts of the machine are dry, reassemble.
