USER MANUAL Dear Customer, Neno Bella Twin device you have purchased is an electronic breast pump with a touch panel for pumping breast milk from a woman’s breast aer childbirth. Please read the instrucons for use before use.

1. Do not use a breast pump during pregnancy - it can cause premature labour.

2. Do not use the device if you suer from chronic illness or hypersensivity,

which would cause you pain when using the breast pump.

3. Before each use, make sure that none of the parts are damaged. Do not use

the breast pump if any part is visibly damaged.

4. Keep the device out of the reach of children and animals.

5. For hygiene reasons, only one person should use the breast pump.

6. Keep the pumping part of the device away from water.

7. Avoid exposing the device to mechanical damage such as a fall.

8. Keep the silicone parts of the breast pump away from hot surfaces to avoid

1. Power buon (B) - Hold the buon for 2 seconds to turn the device on or o.

2. Mode change buon (H) - Press this buon to change the device opera-

ng mode. There are 2 operang modes of the device (smulaon, deep pumping).

3. Changing the sucon level - Press „+” (I) to increase the sucon power or

„-” (A) to decrease the sucon power. (Pacing (D) mode: L1-L9 levels; Deep Pumping (F) mode: L1-L9 levels.)

4. Baery status (C) - The baery icon shows the baery charge status. Con-

nect the device to charge when the baery is low.

5. Device operaon me (G) - This indicator shows how many minutes have

passed since the breast pump was turned on. The device will automacally turn o aer 30 minutes.

6. Sucon Level (E) - Shows the currently selected sucon level.

05. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Washing and sanizing are two dierent acvies. They must be done sepa- rately to protect your baby and to ensure that the breast pump is working properly. Washing - washing the surface of the device and removing impuries. Disinfecon - killing organisms such as bacteria or viruses that may be present on the surface of the device. Funnel and funnel cover, elements of the breast pump (joint, gasket, gasket cover), bole and nipple: Before the rst use - washing and disinfecon. Aer each use - washing. Once a day - disinfecon. CAUTION: - Separate and wash all parts of the appliance that come into contact with milk immediately aer using the appliance . Thanks to this, you will remove sediment from milk and prevent the growth of bacteria. - Use only potable tap water for cleaning . Use boled water if your tap water does not meet this requirement . - When cleaning the valves , do not use brushes . Be careful not to pierce the valve straight through. - Disassemble, wash and rinse all parts of the breast pump that come into contact with milk, except the pumping device . - Use a mild washing - up liquid or soap when washing the elements of the breast pump. 1. Washing (before rst use and aer use - in a sink ):

a. Rinse all the detached parts ( which have come into contact with the15 breast and milk) in cold water to rinse o any milk residue and sediment . b. Soak in warm soapy water for 5 minutes, then wash and rinse . c. Let the elements dry naturally . Store the dry parts of the machine in a cool , dry place when not in use. FIG. 4.B

2. Disinfecon (before rst use and once a day - on the stove):

a. Fill the pot with water so that all items in it are covered when you put them in the water. Bring to a boil. Place the breast pump components in boiling water for 10 minutes. Don’t cook. b. Let the elements dry naturally. Store the dry kit components in a cool, dry place when not in use. FIG. 4.C

3. Cleaning the pumping device:

a. Wipe the pump unit with a so, wet cloth and a mild washing-up liquid / soap. Other cleaning agents or abrasives may damage the device and its display. b. When you are not using the pumping unit, they store it in a cool, dry place.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before touching the

breast pump and breasts.

2. Aach the funnel, diaphragm and diaphragm cap to the connecon.

3. Place the valve in the connecon .

4. Screw the bole on to the connecon by turning it clockwise unl it stops .

5. Connect the tubing to the diaphragm cover.

6. Connect the tubing to the appropriate port on the pumping device.

Advice: a. Before each use, check that the parts of the breast pump are not damaged . If necessary, replace damaged parts with new ones. b. Always check the cleanliness of the components before using the machine . c. To avoid damaging the breast pump, make sure that all its parts are dry before using it .

07. CHARGING THE BREAST PUMP

Before using it for the rst me , charge the breast pump for 2 hours by connec- ng it to the power supply using the USB cable. The baery icon on the display will be full when charging is complete . Full blinking baery - low baery , plug in charger . Non - ashing baery - baery connected to charging , current baery charge16 status . Full on baery - baery fully charged . You can use the breast pump while the device is connected to the charging staon . Your device ‚s baery will be charged when you connect it to power. The device baery will not be charged when the pumping device is turned on . Fully charge the baery of the breast pump before storing it if you intend not to use the device for a long period of me . Charge your device ‚s baery before it is completely depleted . It extends baery life . If the breast pump was stored in a hot place , the baery may not work inially . Let the breast pump cool down for an hour before you start using it .

1. Place the funnel on the breast so that the nipple is inside the drainage canal .

2. Press the funnel and connect the breast pump to your breast using your

thumb and forenger .

3. Support your breast .

4. Switch on the breast pump by pressing the power buon and select the

operang mode that suits you .

5. Press the power buon to turn o the breast pump aer use and place the

lid on the funnel to protect it from dust .

6. The breast pump starts working in smulaon mode. Set the sucon power

level convenient for you using the +/- buons . Smulaon mode - fast pum- ping that mimics the natural suckling of milk from the breast by the baby, smulang the ow of milk . Aer 2 minutes, the breast pump automacally switches to deep expression mode . Use the +/- buons to adjust the sucon power level to nd the highest sucon level that is comfortable for you. If food begins to ow out of your breast within two minutes, press the Mode Shi Buon to manually enter Deep Feed Mode .

7. Pumping Mode - Slower pumping that draws milk gently and eciently from

your breasts. In food intake mode, increase the suckling level to the point where you feel a slight discomfort (not pain ) and decrease the suckling rate by one notch .

09. PREPARATION OF MILK FOR FEEDING

1. Do not thaw frozen milk in the microwave or in boiling water. There is a risk

of scalding the baby’s face.

2. Thaw the milk in the fridge overnight. Do not refreeze once thawed milk. You

can thaw milk quickly by holding it under running water with a maximum temperature of 37°C.

3. Place the closed bole/bag in a bowl of warm water for 20 minutes to bring17

the milk to body temperature.

4. Do not add freshly drained milk to previously frozen milk if the amount of

fresh milk exceeds the amount of previously frozen milk.

5. It is recommended that you breaseed before you start feeding your baby

6. Always check the bole, teat and other components before and aer each

feeding. If the teat is damaged, stop using it immediately.

7. To avoid the risk of strangulaon, test the strength of the soother by pulling

gently on its protruding part.

8. Do not try to enlarge the opening of the teat.

9. Infants should not be bole fed without adult supervision.

10. The teat of the bole should not be used as a soother for the baby.

10. LONG-TERM STORAGE

1. The breast pump has a built-in baery. To protect against damage, the devi-

ce goes into storage mode aer a long period of inacvity. To disable storage mode, connect the device to power and charge it for 2 hours. Before you put the breast pump down for an extended period of me, make sure that: a. All parts of the breast pump are clean. b. You cleaned the pumping device. c. The device baery is fully charged.

1. The device does not start: make sure that the breast pump is connected to a

working electrical outlet. If the breast pump has no power source, its display will not turn on and no error message will appear.

2. The device does not pump when switched on: make sure the device has a

charged baery or is connected to the power supply.

3. No/poor sucon: Make sure all parts of the breast pump are correctly

posioned. Take the breast pump apart and make sure all parts are clean and undamaged. Reassemble the breast pump according to the instrucons in the instrucons in the Lactator Assembly secon. When pumping, make sure the enre surface of the funnel is pressed against the breast.

4. More milk has come out of your breast than the bole can hold: turn o

the pump and unplug it. Use a moist (not wet) cloth to wipe the breast pump. Wash the parts of the breast pump that contain milk according to the instrucons in the CLEANING AND DISINFECTING secon. When all parts of the machine are dry, reassemble.
