How to assemble the handle of the Cramer 82LM51S lawn mower?
Unfold the lower handle by pulling the handle knobs and turning them 90°. Set the desired height (3 positions) and lock. Then, align the holes of the upper handle with those of the lower handle, insert the carriage bolts and tighten with the knobs.
How to install the battery on the mower?
Lift the battery cover. Align the battery with the receptacle in the compartment and insert it until it clicks. Insert the battery key. Close the cover. Ensure the battery is locked before use.
How to adjust the cutting height?
Use the cutting height adjustment lever located on the side of the mower. To increase the height, move the lever backward (higher positions). To decrease, move it forward. The height ranges from 25 mm to 80 mm.
How to start and stop the mower?
To start, press and hold the safety lock button, then lift the power lever towards the handle. Release the button. To stop, release the power lever. The blade stops automatically.
The mower does not start, what to do?
Check that the battery is charged and properly inserted, that the battery key is in place, and that the power lever is activated. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting guide in the manual.
How to use the mulching mode?
Lift the rear flap and insert the mulching accessory by its handle, pushing it firmly until it clicks. Lower the flap. Remove the grass catcher if installed.
When and how to replace the cutting blade?
Replace the blade if it is worn, unbalanced or damaged. Stop the mower, remove the battery and key. Tilt the mower, block the blade with a piece of wood. Loosen the bolt (counterclockwise) with a 27 mm wrench. Replace the blade and tighten the bolt to a torque of 62.5-71.5 kgf·cm.
How to store the mower vertically?
Remove the battery and the catcher. Fold the handle to the unlocked position, lower it and lock it. Lift the front of the mower to place it in a vertical position. Always remove the battery before vertical storage.
The mower vibrates abnormally, why?
Vibrations may be due to an unbalanced, worn or damaged blade, or a bent motor shaft. Check the blade and replace if necessary. If vibrations persist, contact after-sales service.
What accessories are included with the mower?
The package contains: the mower, a battery key, a grass catcher (60 L), a mulching accessory, a side discharge deflector, a user manual, adjustment controls and bolts.
