How to assemble the TS301 cart?

Assembly is simple and is done using the included tools (Allen key and adjustable wrench). Start by attaching the casters to the frame, then the trays using the mounting brackets. Tighten screws and nuts, then install the caster pads. Finish by adjusting the height of the casters for proper leveling.

What is the maximum load per tray?

Each tray can support up to 30 kg, for a total maximum load of 90 kg on the entire cart.

How to clean the cart without damaging it?

Use a soft damp cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive or corrosive products that could scratch the stainless steel surface. Then dry with a soft cloth.

Are the casters braked?

Yes, the cart is equipped with 4 swivel casters including 2 with brakes. Use the brakes to lock the cart in position and prevent any unintended movement.

Can I use the cart on uneven ground?

The swivel casters can be screwed in or out to level the cart. Make sure all four casters touch the ground and secure their position with the provided nuts.

How long does it take to assemble the cart?

Assembly is designed to be quick and simple. Allow approximately 15 to 30 minutes depending on your assembly experience.

Is the cart delivered assembled?

No, the cart is delivered as a kit with all necessary parts and tools. A protective film covers the metal parts, to be removed after assembly.

The frame and trays are made of quality stainless steel. The casters have a rubber tread for good grip and quiet rolling.

Assembly

1. Start the assembly of the serving / transport trolley from fixing the shelves to the frame. Insert the mounting angles inside the corners of the frame. Screw them tight with the use of an Allan wrench and the wrench and the included hexagon socket screws and the nut.

1. Lay the serving / transport trolley on its side and attach castor buffers to the frame. Finally, next, screw 4 swivel castors into the frame.

1. Carefully place the serving / transport trolley on the floor and make sure that all swivel castors touch the surface. The serving / transport trolley may be aligned by adjusting swivel castors. Secure their position with lock nuts.

NOTE!

Remove the protective foil after the assembly!

1. When the serving / transport trolley is in the desired location, block the swivel castors with brakes, to prevent it from being accidentally moved or tipped.

Cleaning instructions

• The serving / transport trolley should be regularly cleaned with a moist cloth and mild cleaning agents.
• Never use harsh cleaning agents that may damage the surface of the serving / transport trolley.
• Dry the serving / transport trolley with a soft cloth.
