Why is the appliance not working?

First check that the appliance is properly plugged in and the lid is closed. Make sure you have pressed the On/Off button. If the problem persists, contact an Authorized Service Center.

How to get crispy fries?

Use special frying potatoes, wash and dry them well before cooking. Cut them into thin sticks and respect the recommended oil quantities. Extend cooking by a few minutes if necessary.

Why is cooking not even?

Make sure the food is cut to the same size and the mixing paddle is correctly in place. If the paddle does not turn, reposition it until it clicks.

What to do if the timer no longer works?

The timer battery may be worn out. Replace it with an identical battery observing polarity. If the problem persists, contact an Authorized Service Center.

What does the 'E' display on the LCD screen mean?

This is an anomaly. Unplug the appliance, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in and press On/Off. If 'E' persists, refer to the error code table in the manual.

How to clean the Actifry Genius?

The removable parts (tray, paddle, spoon) are dishwasher safe or can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge. The appliance body is cleaned with a damp sponge and dish soap. Never immerse the appliance.

Can frozen fries be used?

Yes, but adjust the cooking time and oil quantity according to the cooking table in the manual.

How much oil should be used?
