Assembling the appliance
Important: Mixing container, grinder and blade unit are subject to wear and tear. Before use, check the condition of the blade unit and in the event of damage, do not use the blender and have the damaged part replaced.
- Make sure the blender is switched off. Place the base of the blender on a dry, even surface.
- Put the container or grinder in its place at the base of the blender and make sure it is properly seated.
- Plug the power cable into the power outlet.
- Place the ingredients in the container and close the lid.
- Processing food or beverage: place your hand on the lid and switch the blender on.
- After every use of the blender, turn the switch to the OFF position and disconnect the cord from the outlet.

- When removing the blender container or the grinder, lift them up vertically. If you feel resistance from the container, move it gently from side to side. Never twist the container or the grinder.
- Do not put on the container or the grinder when the motor is on.
Blender and speed controls
The blender offers the following speeds: 1, 2 and PULSE. Pulse mode allows precise control of the mixing process - the motor is running only when you press control. When you switch to speed 1 or 2 blender is running until the you switch it back to 0.
Continual mixing
Put one hand on the lid of the container. Turn on the blender by turning the switch to the appropriate speed and mix for required time. Then switch the blender off by turning it to position 0.
Notice: Let the motor in operation not more than 1 minute or alternatively 1 minute on and 3 minutes off to prevent overheating and subsequent damage.
Controlled mixing in the pulse mode.
Put one hand on the lid of the container. Turn the switch to "PULSE" position and hold about 2 seconds. Let go of the switch and wait until the blade unit stops. Repeat the cycle until prepared food reaches the desired consistency.
Note: If necessary, the switch can be held in the "PULSE" position longer than 2 seconds.
Using the grinder
Use the grinder to grind herbs, spices and nuts.
- Place the material in the bowl of the grinder. Fill half the space at most.
- Place the blade unit on the bowl and secure it by turning it until the unit locks into the bayonet lock.
- Attach the grinder to the base with the motor and make sure that it is properly seated.
- Switch to maximum speed or use the pulse mode. Hold the container with hand during grinding.
- Process so long until the ingredients are perfectly ground.
Notice: If the grinding should take more than 30 seconds, stop the grinding after 30 seconds and continue after a pause (5 minutes).
Useful tips
- Be careful when processing warm liquids. The hot liquid could splash out when you remove the lid.
If you plan to add liquids to solid foods, start with little amounts of liquid. Gradually add more and more liquid through the hole in the lid.
If you are using the blender to prepare salsa or other recipes with tomatoes, onions and other vegetables, you can achieve better results with lesser speed.
If during processing the blender stops or ingredients stick to the container sides, turn off the blender, remove the lid and use a plastic spatula to remove the sticking mixture.
- Do not use the blender container for storing prepared foods or beverages.
CLEANING
Do not immerse the base with motor into water! Clean only with damp cloth.
- Unplug the blender from the power supply.
- Remove the container from the base of the blender. Remove the lid and pour in a cup of cleaning solution prepared from a few drops of dishwashing liquid and clean water.
- Wash the inside of the container and lid and rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe the blender base, the control panel and the power cord using moist cloth or sponge.
