Read carefully and save for future use!

Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and situations possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into any product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this appliance. We are not liable for damage caused during transportation, improper use, voltage fluctuation or any change or modification of any part of the appliance.

To protect against a risk of fire or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:

  1. Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that the socket is correctly grounded. The outlet must be installed in accordance with applicable electrical codes according to EN.
  2. Never use the appliance if the power cable is damaged. All repairs including cord replacements shall be performed by a professional service centre! Do not remove protective covers of the appliance, risk of electric shock!
  3. Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent potential electric shock.
  4. Do not use the appliance outdoors and in wet environment and do not touch the power cable or the appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
  5. Pay attention when you use the appliance near children.
  6. The appliance should not be left unattended when in operation.
  7. Pay close attention when handling and cleaning, blades are very sharp and can cause injury.
  8. Use for processing food only. Do not use it to mix hot liquids!
  9. We recommend that you do not leave the appliance with plugged in power cable unattended. Disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet prior to performing maintenance. Do not pull the cord from

the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.

  1. Do not use the appliance close to a source of heat, e.g. oven. Protect it against direct sunlight.

  2. Never cover the appliance during operation and do not use it close to flammable materials, e.g. curtains, etc.

  3. Do not insert large pieces of food into the appliance. Never put in materials like paper, metal, cardboard, plastics, etc.

  4. Never switch on the appliance when the container is empty and do not remove the container until the blades come to a stop.

  5. Do not touch the moving parts.

  6. Never fasten the blade unit to the base without attached bottle.

  7. Always use the appliance on an even and stable surface.

  8. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces or lead the cord over sharp edges.

  9. Use accessories only approved by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk voiding the warranty.

  10. Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by the improper use of this appliance.

  11. This appliance can be used by children ages 8 and older and by the physically and mentally impaired or by individuals with insufficient experience and knowledge, if supervised or trained to use the appliance in a safe manner and understand potential dangers. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance operations performed by the user shall not be carried out by children, if they are not older than 8 years and under supervision. Children under the age of 8 shall keep away from the appliance and its power supply.

Do not immerse in water!

USING THE APPLIANCE

Note: Wash the bottle with the cap and the blade unit prior to first use. Be careful, the blades are very sharp.

  1. Put the sports bottle on an even surface and open it.
  2. Fill the bottle with favourite ingredients. Do not fill above the maximum mark indicated on the bottle!
  3. Attach the blade unit to the open end of the bottle.
  4. Turn the bottle upside down and attach the bottle with the attached blade unit to the base of the blender. Make sure that the microswitch block is in proper position.
  5. You start blending by pushing the bottle down into the base.

  6. Turn the bottle clockwise in the base to secure the bottle, so that you do not have to hold it during preparation of the beverage.

  7. When you stop pushing the bottle or when you release the bottle from the base by turning it counterclockwise, the blender stops.

  8. Turn the bottle and place it on a flat surface, remove the blade unit and fasten on the bottle the cap with drink opening.

Notes

  • Protect bottle with attached blade unit from children!
  • The appliance may be in continuous operation max. 30 seconds! Before you use it again, let it sufficiently cool down.
    • Do not use to crush ice. If you want to make a drink with ice, use ice slush.
  • Cut fruit into pieces first. Cut tougher ingredients, such as e.g. carrots into little pieces, size 1.5 × 1.5 cm.
    • The device is designed for liquids and soft fruit only. The device is not suitable for hard fruit.
  • The motor automatically stops when overheated. In such a case, unplug the device from power supply, empty it and wait 15 minutes for the motor to cool down. Then you can use the device again.
    • Maximum temperature of liquids may not exceed 90 °C.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance from the power supply prior to cleaning!
- When cleaning, never immerse the base with the motor and the power cable in water!
• After it was used, wipe the body of the appliance with wet cloth and then dry thoroughly with dry cloth. Protect the appliance from water and high humidity!
- Wash the bottle and the blade unit under running water.
• The device and its individual parts cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
• Do not use thinner, benzene or other aggressive cleaning agents for cleaning.
- Protect from direct sunlight and wet environment.

USE AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE
