On your phone, download and install the ARMANI EXCHANGE app from the App StoreSM or Google PlayTM store. Follow the instructions to set up an account. ARMANI EXCHANGE 16 17 BATTERY REPLACEMENT: If your battery becomes low, your watch and the app will notify you. Using the tool provided (may vary by model) or a coin, twist the battery cover to open.

• Hold the device securely face down.

• Insert the tool provided or a coin into the slot on the case back.

• To open, apply light pressure while turning the tool or coin to the left. Line up the dots or markers. Do not over rotate. (Figure A shows the case back in open position)

• Remove the case back manually. (Figure B)

• Insert the battery with the “+” or logo facing up. (Figure C)

• Return the case back.

The symbol indicates that this Product shall not be mixed with unsorted municipal waste when disposed of. There is a separate collection system for waste electrical and electronic equipment. Usually old electrical and electronic equipment can be returned free of charge. For further information please contact the competent municipal authorities or the shop where you purchased the Product. Correct disposal ensures that waste electrical and electronic equipment is recycled and reused appropriately. It helps avoid potential damage for the environment and human health and to preserve natural resources.

• Do not dispose of the Product with household waste.

• Batteries are not to be disposed of in municipal waste stream and require separate collection.

• Disposal of the packaging and your Product should be done in accordance with local regulations.

WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG? Fossil Group, Inc. (“Armani Exchange”) warrants that this Armani Exchange product and accessories included in the packaging with the product (the “Product”) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for two years. This is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including, but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Armani Exchange’s limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. WHAT IS NOT COVERED? UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. During the applicable warranty period, provided the Product is sent in for service in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, Armani Exchange will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the Product, at Armani Exchange’s sole option, without charge. Armani Exchange may, at its sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any Product, or may replace the Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new Product. All replaced Products will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. All replaced Products, parts, components, boards and equipment shall become the property of Armani Exchange. Except to the extent expressly allowed by applicable law, transfer or assignment of this Limited Warranty is prohibited. WHAT MUST YOU DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
