Frequently Asked Questions - FE810 FAGOR

How to correctly install the FE810 washer-dryer?
Unpack the appliance by removing the transport screws and brackets. Connect the water inlet hoses (cold and optionally hot) using the new hoses provided. Install the drain hose as indicated. Level the appliance by adjusting the front and rear feet. Plug into a grounded outlet. Ensure water pressure is between 0.05 and 1 MPa.
How to use liquid detergent in the detergent drawer?
Pull the blue tab of the wash compartment outwards to the stop, then flip the flap to the vertical position. This prevents liquid detergent from flowing out prematurely. For powder detergent, the flap must remain in the horizontal position.
What to do if the washer-dryer does not fill with water?
Check that the water tap is open and the water inlet filter is not clogged. Clean the filter if necessary. If the problem persists, contact technical service.
How to activate child lock?
Press the lock button for 3 seconds. A symbol appears to confirm activation. To deactivate, press again for 3 seconds.
What is the maximum drying capacity?
Do not exceed 5 kg of laundry for drying. Drying times vary depending on textile type and spin speed. For example, for 5 kg of cotton at 1000 rpm, plan about 170 minutes of drying.
Why does the washer-dryer vibrate or make noise?
Make sure the appliance is level and the feet are properly adjusted (see Installation section). Also check that the transport screws have been removed. An unbalanced load can also cause vibrations.
How to clean the detergent drawer?
Remove the drawer by pulling it towards you. Clean it under hot water with a soft brush. Replace after drying. It is recommended to do this once a month to prevent residue buildup.
Can I open the door during a cycle?
You can add or remove laundry if the water level is not too high. Press the pause button, wait for the door to unlock (2 minutes after stopping). Never force the door open during operation.
How to use the delayed start function?
Select the desired program, then press the Delayed start button to set a delay (generally up to 24h). Confirm and press Start. The cycle will begin at the chosen time.
What to do if an error code appears?
Consult the Diagnostic section of the manual. If the code is not listed or the problem persists after checking simple items (water supply, drainage, load), contact technical service. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
