Frequently Asked Questions - CMPBLUEHS20 KONIG

How to charge the Konig CMPBLUEHS20 headset?
Use the provided USB cable. Plug the cable into the headset charging port and into a USB source (power adapter, computer). The red LED lights up during charging and turns off when the battery is full. The first charge must last 4 hours minimum, and the first three uses require a full charge of 4 hours after each use.
How to turn the headset on and off?
To turn on the headset, press the multi-function button (MFB) for 3 to 5 seconds until the blue LED flashes rapidly. A tone sounds. To turn off, hold the same button for 3 to 5 seconds until the red LED flashes rapidly, then release. A tone confirms shutdown.
How to pair the headset with a Bluetooth phone?
Make sure the headset is off. Press and hold the MFB button for 5 to 7 seconds until the red and blue LEDs flash alternately (pairing mode). Enable Bluetooth on your phone and search for devices. Select 'CMPBLUEHS20' from the list. If a PIN is requested, enter 0000. Pairing is confirmed by blue or red LED flashes every 4 seconds.
What to do if pairing fails?
First turn off the headset. Retry the pairing procedure by holding the MFB button for 5 to 7 seconds to enter pairing mode. Make sure the phone is within one meter and Bluetooth is enabled. If the problem persists, restart your phone and try again.
How to answer or reject a call?
To answer, briefly press the MFB button when the phone rings. To reject a call, press and hold the MFB button for 2 seconds until you hear a short tone, then release. You can also switch the conversation between headset and phone by holding the MFB button for 2 seconds during a call.
How to use voice dial or redial the last number?
In standby mode, for voice dial, press the MFB button for 2 seconds and release when you hear a long tone. To redial the last number, briefly press the MFB button twice. A long tone confirms the action. Note: these functions depend on your phone's compatibility.
How to control music (previous/next track, pause)?
While listening to music, use the < (previous) and > (next) buttons to change tracks. Briefly press the MFB button to pause or resume playback. The + and - buttons adjust volume. These functions require your phone to support the AVRCP profile.
What do the headset LED indicators mean?
During pairing, red and blue LEDs flash alternately. In standby not connected, the blue LED flashes 2 times every 2 seconds. In standby connected, it flashes 2 times every 5 seconds. During an incoming call, it flashes 3 times per second. During a conversation, it flashes every 2 seconds. When battery is low, the red LED flashes 2 times with tones.
How to mute the microphone during a call?
During a call, briefly press the MFB button twice. A continuous tone sounds every 3 seconds to indicate the microphone is muted. To unmute, briefly press the MFB button twice again. The tone stops.
How to care for and clean the headset?
Use a soft dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use solvents or abrasive products. Avoid exposure to water and moisture. If you do not use the headset for an extended period, charge it fully and store it in a dry place.
