4. Insert the plug into a duly installed 230V/50Hz protective contact socket. Push the on/off

switch upwards; the green control lamp in the handle lights up. After approximately 5-10

minutes the device is ready to use.

Curling Tongs/Brush Attachment:

• Curl your towel-dry hair evenly on the round brush or shape your hair with the

curling tongs into the desired style.

Fine-toothed accessories: to make small waves in hair

Flat accessories: for smooth hair

• Insert the required plates into the guide mechanism until they lock in place. Always

use two similar plates.

• Use the hair smoother/hair crimper only for dry hair. Take a strand of hair and pull

it carefully downwards until it is taut. The remaining hair should be put up or xed

in place. Before the halves are pressed together for approx. 5 seconds, we recom-

mend that you ensure that the hair is positioned correctly. Always begin at the base

of the hair and move the device in the direction of the hair tip. In order to produce a

uniform appearance it is important that the next strands fall in one line. In order that

the waves remain in your hair for a longer time, we recommend that you use either a

coarse comb or only your ngers.

a loose „permanent wave look“ please use thick strands, crimp them with the device for one

second and then shake your hair over your head to the front and then to the back again. We
