How to use the immersion blender?

Attach the blending foot to the body by turning counterclockwise. Insert the foot vertically into the ingredients, then turn on the on/off switch (2). Adjust the speed with the regulator (1) or use the Turbo button (3) for maximum speed. Use the appliance in short bursts for better results.

How to use the chopper?

Place the chopping blade (11) in the bowl (10), add ingredients (max 300 g solids, 400 ml liquids), then fix the lid (9). Insert the blender body into the coupling device (8) and turn to lock. Plug in, turn on, and adjust the speed. Do not exceed 1 minute of continuous use.

What is the maximum capacity of the chopper bowl?

The maximum capacity for solids is 300 ml and for liquids 400 ml. Do not exceed these limits to avoid overflow and ensure proper operation.

Can I blend hot foods?

Yes, but be sure not to fill the container more than half to avoid splashes. Use the provided measuring cup if possible. Watch out for steam: remove the lid gradually.

How long can I use the appliance continuously?

Do not exceed 1 minute of continuous use to prevent overheating. Let the appliance cool completely before using again. Preferably use in short bursts.

How to clean the blender and its accessories?

Always unplug the appliance. Clean the motor body (4) and the coupling device (8) with a slightly damp cloth. Other accessories (foot, bowl, lid, cup) can be washed in warm soapy water. Blades are very sharp: handle with care.

What should I do if the chopper blade is difficult to clean?

You can disassemble the inner tube (11.1) of the chopping blade (11) by pulling on it. Clean both parts separately, then reassemble by pressing the blade onto the tube until you hear a click. Caution, the blades are very sharp.

What foods can I chop with the chopper?

The chopper can chop raw or cooked meat, dried fruits, hard-boiled eggs, herbs, dry bread, etc. Consult the table in the manual for quantities and approximate times. Do not chop extremely hard foods like coffee beans.

Is the appliance suitable for mayonnaise or thick sauces?

Yes, the immersion blender is ideal for mayonnaise, soups, baby food, and sauces. However, avoid blending overly thick mixtures that could overload the motor. Use the Turbo function if needed.

What to do in case of malfunction?

3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Before using this appliance for the first time, read the following instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. Make sure that the mains voltage in your home corresponds to that indicated on the appliance.
• In the event of incompatibility between the mains socket and the appliance plug, replace the socket with a suitable one, using a qualified professional.
• The electrical safety of the appliance is only guaranteed if it is connected to an

4. PREPARING THE APPLIANCE

This blender is designed to process small quantities of food and must not be used for any other purpose. The blender is suitable for liquidising carrots and potatoes, and for making milkshakes, pastry, soups, mayonnaise or baby food.

Before using it for the first time, clean the body of the motor (4) with a damp cloth. Wash the blender leg (5), the multi-purpose lid (7), the chopper lid (9), the chopper jug (10), the chopping blade (11) and the tapered container (12) in hot soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly.

IMPORTANT: Unplug the appliance before assembling or dismantling any of its parts.

WARNING: The blades are very sharp; handle them with great care.

5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Blender function

• The blender is suitable for blending light foods, for example for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise or baby food.
• Attach the blender leg (5) to the blender body (4) by turning it anti-clockwise until it is securely in place (Fig. B).
• Put the food to be blended into a suitable container such as the tapered container provided with the product.
• Before turning it on, put the blender leg vertically into the ingredients to be processed (Fig. C). This will prevent the food from spilling out over the edge or splashing. Plug in the appliance.
• Press the on/off switch (2) to start the processing.
• Select the speed by turning the speed regulator (1) from the - (minimum) position to the + (maximum) position (Fig. D). If you think it is necessary, press the Turbo button (3) to blend at maximum speed.

It is advisable to use this appliance intermittently, i.e. in short bursts. This will

give a better quality when preparing foods and will place less stress on the motor. Do not operate the appliance for more than one minute continuously. After one minute of use, switch it off and leave it to rest until it cools down before using it again.

Chopping function

• Use the chopper to chop meat, nuts, herbs, boiled eggs, stale bread, etc.
• Place the chopper blade (11) into the chopper jug (Fig. E) and put the ingredients you want to chop into the chopper jug (use table 1 as a guide). Blender jug:

Maximum capacity for solids: 300 ml. Maximum capacity for liquids: 400 ml.

• Place the chopper lid (9) onto the chopper jug (10).
• Insert the blender body (4) into the blender coupling (8) by turning it anticlockwise until it is securely fixed in place (Fig. F).
• Insert the blender coupling (8) into the chopper lid (9) and plug in the appliance (Fig. G).
• Press the on/off switch (2) to start the processing.
• Select the speed by turning the speed regulator (1) from the - (minimum) position to the + (maximum) position (Fig. D). If you think it is necessary, press the Turbo button (3) to blend at maximum speed.
• Once you have finished chopping, extract the blade (11) from the chopper jug before removing the food.
• Once you have finished chopping, you can store the contents of the jug (10) by putting the multi-purpose lid (9) on so that the contents are sealed. You can then serve the contents by turning the rotating part of the multi-purpose lid until the holes for this purpose are in line.

WARNING: Do not use the appliance with the chopping jug more than 1 minute.

6. CLEANING

Switch off the blender and unplug it before cleaning or performing any maintenance operation.

Wash all accessories immediately after each use in order to prolong their service life. Be careful when handling the blades (6 and 11) as they are very sharp. Keep them well out of reach of children.

Clean the body of the blender (4) and blender coupling (8) with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the blender body and blender coupling (8) in water or in any other liquid.

Wash all the other accessories in warm water and a little washing-up liquid.

After the chopping process, some of the ingredients may remain on the chopping blade (11). If it is very difficult to clean the blade, dismantle the inner blade shaft (11.1), of the chopping blade (11) by pulling the shaft (Fig H). The blade is very sharp; handle it with care.

After cleaning both parts, install the inner shaft of the blade (11.1): place the shaft on a flat surface, hold the blade (11) and push it onto the base of the shaft until it clicks into place (Fig. 1). Remember that for the chopping function you must always install the blade with the inner shaft in position.

7. INFORMATION FOR THE CORRECT DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES

At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to

4. PREPARATION FOR USE

This blender is intended for processing small portions of products and should not be used for other purposes. The blender can be used for preparing purees from carrots or potatoes, as well as for making cocktails, dough, soups, mayonnaise, or baby food. Before first use, wipe the motor body (4) with a damp cloth. Wash the measuring cup (12), chopper bowl (10), chopper lid (9), multifunctional lid (7), and chopper blade (11) in warm water with detergent. Dry all parts completely.

IMPORTANT: Before installing or removing any attachments of the blender, disconnect it from the power supply.

CAUTION: The blades are very sharp - handle them with extreme caution.

5. USE

Blender modes

- The blender is used for mixing soft products, for example, for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise, or baby food. - Attach the measuring cup (5) to the blender body (4), turning it counterclockwise until it is securely fixed (fig. B). Place the products to be mixed into the appropriate container, for example, the measuring cup,

supplied with the blender.

• Before turning on the blender, immerse the measuring cup vertically into the ingredients to be mixed (fig. C). This will help avoid splashing of ingredients. Plug the device into the power supply.
• Press the on/off button (2) to start preparation.
• Select the speed by turning the speed regulator (1) from position MIN to position MAX (fig. D). If necessary, press the "Turbo" button (3) for mixing at maximum speed.

Chopping mode

Use the chopper for chopping meat, dried fruits, herbs, cooked vegetables, dry bread, etc. - Install the chopper blade (11) into the chopper bowl (fig. E) and place the ingredients you want to chop into the chopper bowl (see Table 1). Chopper bowl: - Maximum capacity for solid foods: 300 ml - Maximum capacity for liquids: 400 ml - Place the chopper lid (9) onto the chopper bowl (10). - Attach the motor unit (4) to the coupling (8), turning it counterclockwise until it locks securely (fig. F). Insert the coupling (8) into the chopper lid (9) and plug the device into the mains (fig. G). Press the On/Off button (2) to start processing. - Select the speed by turning the speed regulator (1) from

position MIN to position MAX (fig. D). If necessary, press the "Turbo" button (3) for mixing at maximum speed.

• When finished, remove the blade (11) from the chopper bowl before pouring out the products.
• After chopping the products, you can leave them in the bowl (10), covered with the multifunctional

lid to ensure a tight seal. To prevent the contents from spilling, turn the rotating part of the multifunctional lid so that the opening in it aligns with the opening in the lid.

ATTENTION: Do not use the chopper for more than one minute.
