What should I do if the machine suddenly stops during use?

This is likely due to the overheating protection activating after prolonged use or high ambient temperature. Turn the speed knob to '0', unplug the machine, and let it cool down for 15-30 minutes until it returns to room temperature before restarting.

Why won't the machine start when I turn the speed knob?

First, check that the power plug is securely inserted into the outlet and that there is power. Ensure the rise button is fully locked in the horizontal position and the headstock is pressed down correctly. If the headstock is not locked, the machine will not operate.

How can I reduce excessive noise during operation?

Noise is normal at high speeds. If excessively loud, reduce the mixing load to avoid overloading the motor. Check if the voltage is stable and avoid long continuous operation; stop and let the machine cool if necessary.

Why does the speed drop or become unstable?

Low room temperature can cause lubricant hardening; run the machine idle for 5 minutes to warm up. Overloading with too much or too hard ingredients can also reduce speed. If voltage drops, wait for stability before using again.

How do I fix machine swaying or shaking during use?

Check that the rubber foot pads on the base are intact and that the machine is placed on a smooth, flat countertop. Missing or damaged foot pads can cause instability.

The headstock won't spring back after putting on the splash cover and bowl.

Ensure the splash cover is rotated into the correct position and the mixing bowl is properly locked in place. Both must be correctly assembled for the headstock to release.

Why is there black powder on the dough after mixing?

Can I wash the accessories in the dishwasher?

HOW TO USE THE MACHINE

1. In order to lift the arm, clockwise rotation the Rise knob (2). The arm will now move upwards.

1. Place the pot cover into its body. (RC. 2) (Step2)

2. Place the mixing bowl into its holding device (RC. 3) (Step3) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place (RC. 3) (Step4).

3. Mount the required utensil (Dough hook or Beater or Whisk) by inserting the top into the output shaft (RC.

4) (Step5) and turn anti-clockwise until it locks into place (RC. 5) (Step6).

1. Now fill in your ingredients.

Do not overfill the machine - the maximum quantity of ingredients is 1.5 kg.

1. Clockwise rotation the Rise knob (2): Press the head of the machine, the machine will automatically lock the rise button (2) (RC. 6) (Step7), which is in the horizontal position. If you didn't clockwise rotation the rise button (2), you can't press the head of the machine, finally the rise button (2) return to the vertical position when the rise button (2) is locked.

2. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed 220-240V 50-60 Hz safety power socket.

3. Switch the machine using the speed knob to a speed between 1 and 10 (corresponding to the mixture).
4. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the "PULSE" position. The switch has to be held in this position according to the desired interval length. When the switch is released it returns automatically to the "0" position.
5. After kneading/stirring turn the speed knob (3) back to the "0" position as soon as the mixture has formed a ball. Then remove the mains plug.
6. Push the rise knob (2) downwards and the arm will be raised.
7. The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the mixing bowl.
8. The mixing bowl can now be removed.
9. Clean the parts as described under "Cleaning".

ANALYSIS OF COMMON PROBLEMS
