TROUBLESHOOTING
| Problem | Possible solution |
| Vacuum sealer does not work. | Ensure the vacuum sealer is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functioning.Check that both the power cord and the vacuum sealer are not damaged. For safety reasons, do not operate the device if any part appears defective. |
| Vacuum pump is running, but the bag cannot be fully vacuumed or sealed. | Reposition the bag and try again, making sure the open end is fully inserted into the vacuum channel.Check whether the sealing foam is loose or damaged. Remove, clean, and reinsert it if necessary.Inspect the sealing area and heating strip for any food debris. Clean thoroughly and ensure the heating strip is correctly installed.Verify that the lid is locked securely during operation.Confirm that the open end of the bag is lying flat and properly sealed. |
| After vacuuming, air enters the bag again. | Inspect the seal. Wrinkles along the seal may allow air to re-enter. Smooth the bag's opening and reseal it.Moisture or food particles (e.g., juices, crumbs, powders) on the sealing area can prevent proper sealing. Open the bag, clean and dry it, then reseal.Check the food itself. If moisture or liquid has leaked from the contents, cut the bag open and reseal, or transfer the food to a new bag.For foods with high moisture content, it is recommended to freeze them briefly before vacuum sealing. |
| Bag cannot be sealed properly. An overheated heating strip may melt the bag. Lift the lid and allow the strip to cool for a few minutes.Wrinkles or moisture on the sealing area can prevent a proper seal.Allow 30–40 seconds of cooling time between consecutive sealing cycles. | |
