Symbol Description

Safety precautions
WARNING
- By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.

The Princess 01.492971.01.001 is a vacuum sealer designed to preserve food by removing air from bags, helping to extend freshness and prevent freezer burn.
Intended use
This appliance is intended for indoor use only.
This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic, non-commercial use.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
Any use of the appliance other than described in this user manual is regarded as misuse and may cause injury or damage to the appliance and void the warranty.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
USE
- Plug in the machine, then place the open end of the vacuum bag flat inside the vacuum chamber A5, ensuring it does not go beyond the limit block A10 (see image C).
- Close the top cover and press both ends down until you hear a click. This means the cover is locked (see image D).
- Press the button for the function you want. The machine will start working automatically. When the light on the button turns off, the process is finished. Press the release buttons A7 on both ends, open the top cover, and take out the vacuum bag (see image E).
Functions instruction
- Dry function B 11: This is for dry items. It can vacuum and seal automatically, and the vacuum level can reach -55 to -60 kPa.
- Wet function B 12: This is for items with liquid. It can vacuum and seal automatically, and the vacuum level can reach -10 to -30 kPa.
- Meat function B ⑬: This is for fresh meat. It can vacuum and seal automatically, and the vacuum level can reach -55 to -60 kPa.
- Liquid function B 14: This is for pure liquids or ingredients with a lot of liquid. It can vacuum and seal automatically.
- Crispy function B 15: This is for fragile or crispy foods like biscuits and nuts. It uses gentle vacuuming to avoid crushing the food while sealing, keeping it crisp and fresh. The vacuum level can reach -10 to -30 kPa.
- Pulse function B 16: This only vacuums, not seals. Hold the pulse button to start vacuuming and release it to stop. You control the vacuum level yourself, up to -60 kPa. Note: After vacuuming, press the 'Seal' button to seal the bag.
- Seal function B ⑰: This is for sealing plastic bags only. Note: Bags that are too thick or too thin are not suitable.
- Stop B 18: This interrupts the current task. If you want to continue, choose the function button again.
Precautions
- When you use the sealing function many times in a row, wait 20 seconds between each use to stop it from overheating.
- After 30 sealing operations in a row, wait 5 minutes before continuing to stop the machine from overheating.
- For vacuum sealing, use bags with folds or a textured surface. Smooth bags can only be used for sealing, not for vacuuming.
- Promptly empty the wastewater from block A 10, located at the bottom of the vacuum sealer. Clean it thoroughly before reinstalling it again onto the electric top part of the machine to prevent overflow into the main unit.
- Do not use the product upside down to prevent debris or liquids from entering the product.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- Never immerse the electrical device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
- The bottom of the device is detachable and can be cleaned under the sink. Never immerse the power cord and top part of the device with the heating line under water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
