How to assemble the immersion blender?

Attach the blending shaft (3) to the motor unit (1). For the chopper, insert the knife into the bowl, add food, then the lid and finally the motor unit, turning until locked.

What is the maximum continuous operation time?

Do not operate the appliance for more than 60 seconds at a time. Let it cool to room temperature before reuse.

Can you blend hot foods?

Yes, but at a maximum temperature of 80 °C. Let hot foods cool before blending.

How to clean the motor unit?

Clean the motor unit with a damp sponge and wipe it dry with a cloth. Never immerse it in water or put it in the dishwasher.

Are the bowl and knife of the chopper dishwasher safe?

Yes, the bowl (7) and knife (6) can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, the lid and blending shaft must be hand washed.

What to do if the blades are blocked?

Unplug the appliance before removing food blocking the blades. The blades are very sharp, handle with care.

Can this appliance crush ice?

Yes, the universal chopper can crush ice. Make sure to respect the maximum 60-second operation time.

Is the blender suitable for mashed potatoes?

No, this blender is not suitable for making mashed potatoes.

How to avoid splashes when blending?

First dip the blending shaft into the ingredients before pressing the Start/Stop button (2). Hold the bowl with one hand.

What to do in case of colored stains on plastic parts?

Rub the plastic with a cloth moistened with a few drops of cooking oil to remove dyes such as those from red cabbage.

How to use

This hand blender is a household appliance and is not intended for commercial use. Use it for processing of food in the usual quantities for domestic use.

Store these instructions in a safe place and pass them on in case the appliance changes hands. Before first use, wipe off the handle of the blender with a damp cloth. Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket. Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2cm before you process them. Let hot ingredients cool down before you chop them or pour them into the beaker (max. temperature 80°C).

Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Handle carefully the sharp blades especially during removing and emptying the container and during cleaning.
• Do not touch the blades of the blender bar, especially when the appliance is plugged in. The blades are very sharp.
• If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block the blades.
• Be very careful when you handle or clean the blade unit or the combination disc. Their cutting edges are very sharp. Be especially careful when you clean them and when you empty the bowl.
• The bowl is not suitable for use in microwave ovens.

Handling the appliance

The appliance is used for mixing mayonnaise, gravy, shakes, baby food, and for chopping onions, ice, cooked fruit and vegetables.

Caution! Hand blender is not suitable for the preparation of mashed potatoes.

• Attach the blending device (3) to the appliance (1).
• Insert food into the beaker or any other suitable bowl.
• Grip both the blender and the bowl. To prevent splashing, first dip the blender blade into the food and then press the ON button (2).
• Press and hold the normal button (2) to switch on the appliance. The cutting speed is controlled by pressing the power button.
• Caution! When finished, first switch the blender off and then lift it from the bowl.

Instructions for Using the Meat Grinding Attachment

Used for chopping various types of meat.

1. Install the meat grinder blade onto the blade shaft, and place the meat grinder attachment into the center axis of the food preparation cup.
2. Cut the meat into pieces measuring 20 x 20 x 60 mm and place them into the food preparation cup. The maximum amount of meat for grinding should not exceed 200 grams.
3. Attach the lid of the food preparation cup and the large pressing rod, then install the food preparation cup assembly onto the base unit and rotate it into place.
4. Plug in the power and press the ON/OFF button.

Instructions for Using the Slicing and Shredding Disc

• Used for cutting fruits and vegetables into thick slices and strips.
• The slicing and shredding disc comes in two types: one for thick slices and strips, and another for thin slices and strips. Each disc has two sides, one for slicing and the other for shredding. Choose the appropriate function according to your needs.

1. Attach the thick slicing and shredding disc and blade shaft to the food preparation cup, then attach the lid of the food preparation cup.
2. Place the food preparation cup assembly onto the base unit, and rotate it into place.
3. Plug in the power and press the ON/OFF button to start working.
4. Feed the ingredients through the lid opening of the food preparation cup, using the pressing rod to push down firmly on the food.

Warning: Do not process for more than 60 seconds without interruption. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Caution! Do not immerse the appliance in water and do not wash it in the dishwasher.

• Wipe the appliance first with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth.
• The beaker (9), whisk (8), chopping bowl (6), and chopping blade (5) can be washed in the dishwasher.
• For the chopping body unit (4), blending attachment (3), and beater body (7), wipe first with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth.

Remark: During the processing of vegetables with aggressive coloring, e.g., red cabbage, plastic parts may be subject to discoloration. This can be removed by rubbing such surfaces with a few drops of cooking oil.

• Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth first, then with a dry cloth. The lid (6) and the chopping knife (5) can be used in the dishwasher. The slicing body (4), metal pusher (3), and mixer body (7) should be wiped with a damp cloth first, then with a dry cloth.

Note: During processing of green vegetables with strong color, such as parsley, the plastic parts may become stained. This can be prevented with the help of a few drops of cooking oil.

Unwind the power cord. - Attach the blending attachment (3) to the motor unit (1). Plug the power cord into a socket. Fill the product into a measuring cup or another suitable container. Hold the blender with one hand and the cup with the other. To avoid splashing, first immerse the blender into the product, then press the "ON" button (2).

Attention! After finishing work, first turn off the blender, then remove it from the cup.

Warning: Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the appliance to cool to room temperature before continuing operation.
