- Never unplug the appliance with wet hands.
- For safety, be sure to connect the plug to a 3-pin socket.
Check carefully and make sure that your socket is properly and reliably earthed.
- It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the power supply by unplugging it if the plug is accessible, or by means of an all-pole switch upstream of the plug, in accordance with national electrical safety regulations.
- The maximum current of the device is 10 A, make sure that the power supply system (voltage, current and cable) is applicable to the load of the device.
- Make sure that the socket outlet can support the Maximum Power rating of the appliance as indicated on the rating plate.
- Water and electrical devices must be connected by a qualified technician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and local safety regulations.
- The glass door may reach high temperatures during operation. Keep children and pets away from the glass door. Never open the door during the washing phase.
- Do not operate the device in very wet rooms or in rooms with explosive or caustic gas.
- Adequate ventilation must be provided to avoid the back flow of gases into the room from appliances burning other fuels, including open fires.
- Do not dry unwashed items in the appliance.
- Do not wash items that have been soiled with substances such as cooking oil, acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, waxes, and wax removers.

-
Do not wash or dry articles that have been cleaned in, washed in, soaked in, or dabbed with combustible or explosive substances (such as wax, oil, paint, petrol, degreasers, dry-cleaning solvents, kerosene, etc.). This may result in fire or explosion.
- When washing fabrics that contain vegetable or cooking oil or have been contaminated by hair care products, they should first be washed in hot water with extra detergent. This will reduce, but not eliminate, the hazard.
- The exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which is for exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels.
- The air openings must not be obstructed by a carpet.
- Appliances with a single inlet valve can only be connected to a cold-water supply. Appliances with a double inlet valve must be correctly connected to a hot water and cold-water supply (depending on the washing machine model).

- Flammable and explosive or toxic solvents are forbidden. Do not use detergents containing petrol, alcohol, etc. Use only detergents suitable for machine washing, especially for the drum.
- Garments containing oil may catch fire spontaneously, especially when exposed to heat sources such as a washing machine. The garments are heated, causing an oxidation reaction in the oil. Oxidation generates heat. If heat cannot escape, garments may become hot enough to catch fire. Piling, stacking or storing garments containing oil retains heat and therefore creates a fire hazard.
- Garments containing vegetable cooking oil or hair care products should first be washed in hot water with extra detergent, this will reduce the hazard but will not eliminate it.
- Make sure that no objects such as lighters, matches, etc. are introduced.
- Close the door properly, if it is difficult to close, check that clothing does not prevent proper closing.

Comments
1. The programme duration will vary depending on the water pressure and temperature, and the type and quantity of laundry.
-
The duration of the programme may not correspond to the time shown on the display.
-
If the spin speed is too low, the washing effect will be affected.
-
These parameters may vary depending on the model.
-
If you select the ECO 40-60 programme, the washing duration will increase, but you will save energy.
ECO 40-60 programme is suitable for cotton laundry (which can be washed at 40°C or 60°C during the same cycle) with a normal level of soiling. This programme is used to assess compliance with EU eco-design legislation.
The most efficient programmes in terms of energy consumption are generally those that are carried out at lower temperatures and longer duration.
Loading the washing machine to the capacity indicated by the manufacturer for the respective programmes will help to save energy and water.
The noise of the washing machine and the humidity level of the laundry depend on the spin speed: the higher the spin speed, the higher the noise and the lower the humidity level.
You can find the model information stored in the appliance database as defined in Regulation (EU) 2019/2014.
The manual and QR code can be found on the energy efficiency label.

- TROUBLESHOOTING
| Phase Problem Causes | ||
| Before starting the washing programme | There is residual water in the washing machine | The washing machine is subjected to a quality inspection prior to delivery, so that it is normal for a small amount of residual water to remain in the drum. |
| Reminder to run the Drum Clean programme | If you wash your laundry at a temperature below 60 °C for a long time, the machine will automatically remind you to run the Drum Clean programme. This reminder will disappear when you run this programme or any other programme where the water temperature is high. If you wish, you can ignore the reminder and select another programme. | |
| During the washing phase | A noise sounds in the drum | You have inserted a cleaning tablet for the drum. |
| No water during the washing phase | In some programmes the water level will be below the door glass. | |
| No garments can be added when there is a programme running | Only some low water programmes allow adding laundry during washing. Please note that the water level and temperature must be safe for you to open the door. | |
| A pause occurs during the washing phase | Make sure that you have not pressed the Start/Pause icon. |
| During the rinsing phase | The washing result is not the desired one | You have not selected a programme suitable for the soiling level of the laundry or you have not added enough detergent. |
| White spots have appeared on clothes after washing | You have used powder detergent. Some components of these detergents do not dissolve in water, so they can sometimes stick to clothes and cause stains. Select the Rinse + Spin programme to rinse the laundry, and remove stains with a brush when the laundry is dry. Please note that white and coloured laundry should be washed separately. | |
| During the spinning phase | Washing machine does not spin correctly | Do not wash only heavy items but combine them with small items so that the washing machine can spin them properly. |
| Washing machine vibrates too much | Confirm that the machine is placed on a stable horizontal floor, that the feet are level and locked, and that the transport bolts have been removed. | |
| Others The washing | machine gives off a strange smell | It's the smell given off by the gaskets. This is normal, especially if the washing machine is new. Run the Drum Clean programme. After washing, the door must be opened so that the drum can be ventilated. In addition, the door gasket must be cleaned regularly. |
| The programme takes longer than usual to finish | Due to the different types and materials of laundry, the automatic balancing system of the appliance can level and adjust the laundry several times to extend the spinning time. In addition, if a lot of suds are produced, the machine will have to run a process to remove them, which would also increase the programme duration. |
