NOTE for i-Size Enhanced Child Safety System (40-105 cm)

This is an enhanced i-Size child safety system. It is approved according to Regulation No. 129 for use in “i-size compatible” seating positions in the vehicle, as indicated by the vehicle manufacturers in the vehicle’s user manual.

If in doubt, consult the manufacturer or retailer of the child safety system.

NOTE for i-Size Enhanced Child Safety System, Booster Seat Category (100-150 cm)

This is an i-Size enhanced child safety system, type “booster seat.” It is approved according to Regulation No. 129 for use primarily in “i-Size” seating positions in the vehicle, as indicated by the vehicle manufacturers in the vehicle’s user manual.

If in doubt, consult the manufacturer or retailer of the child safety system.

WARNING! KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE!

The installation of the product on the car seat and securing the child must only be done by an adult!
The hard components and parts of the child safety system, made of plastic, must be positioned and installed so that when the vehicle is in normal operation, they cannot be trapped by the sliding seat or the vehicle door.
Do not allow the seat belts of the car seat to become twisted, frayed, or torn. The buckles and fasteners must always be functional and securely fixed.
If you notice any insecurity or malfunction in the construction, fasteners, belts, or locking mechanisms of the seat or the ISOFIX system, cease use until the damaged parts are removed and replaced with new ones.

❖ Replace the seat with a new one if it has been subjected to damaging forces in an accident.

Do not use a “second-hand” seat, as you do not know what forces it may have been subjected to.

Do not use the seat without the upholstery and do not replace it with another one unless specified by the manufacturer, as it is an integral part of the child safety system.

✿ Any luggage or items that could cause injury in a collision should be properly secured. Remove or secure any luggage that could harm the child in case of sudden braking or an accident.

Always check if the seat is securely fixed to the vehicle seat, even when no child is placed in it. A loose seat, even without a child, can cause injury in a collision.

Do not add extra cushions to the seat, other than those specified by the manufacturer!

Do not use spare parts or other components that are not supplied by the manufacturer! The manufacturer is not responsible for safety if non-original spare parts are used or those not recommended by them.

Store the user manual in the designated place of the seat or in the vehicle where the seat will be used.

Do not expose the seat to direct sunlight to prevent potential child burns, deformation of the seat, and especially the plastic parts.

The seat does not replace a baby cradle or bed. When the child needs to sleep, place them in an appropriate stroller, baby cradle, or bed.

Do not attach additional cords or ties to the product to avoid the risk of strangulation!

✿ Never place the seat on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces!

Do not allow children to play with the product!

Do not remove the labels or warnings placed on the seat! They are important for anyone using it!

- Keep the plastic packaging away from children to prevent the risk of suffocation!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE SAFETY SYSTEM

This is an enhanced child safety system for children with a height of 40-150 cm, approximately 0-12 years old. It is classified as an i-Size universal ISOFIX system for children from 40 to 105 cm, and an i-Size booster seat suitable for children with a height of 100-150 cm, approximately 0-12 years old.

i-Size seat 40-105cm ≤18kg i-Size Booster seat 100cm-150 cm ISO/R2, ISO/F2x, ISO/B2

Installation in the vehicle:

For a child height of 40-105 cm, facing BACKWARD, with ISOFIX + Support leg (i-Size universal ISOFIX system).
For a child height of 76-105 cm, facing FORWARD, with ISOFIX + Support leg (i-Size universal ISOFIX system).
For a child height of 100-150 cm, facing FORWARD, with ISOFIX connectors + 3-point vehicle belt or only with the 3-point vehicle belt (i-Size booster seat).

IMPORTANT! Always follow the instructions and sequence for installation and use of the product as per the text and illustrations in the manual. Check the security of the fixation after each operation! ALWAYS CHECK THE SECURING OF THE BELTS! After each installation, make sure the vehicle seat belts are not twisted and are in the correct position.

Note: Use the additional cushion only for children with a height ≤75 cm.

2. CONNECTING THE BUCKLE

Unbuckling: Press the red button until both metal ends of the shoulder straps pop out of the buckle (2-1).

Buckling: Join the two metal ends of the shoulder straps (2-2). Insert the connected metal ends into the connecting buckle (2-3) and press until you hear a "click" sound (2-4). Make sure the straps are locked in place by pulling them.

IMPORTANT! The buckle will not lock if only one of the metal ends is inserted!

3. ADJUSTING THE SEAT BELT (TIGHTENING AND LOOSENING)

3-1. Tightening the belt: Pull the shoulder strap adjustment belt (3) to tighten the straps around the child. The straps should wrap well around the child's body without pressing too tightly or causing discomfort. The recommended distance between the child's body and the straps is two fingers (about 2-3 cm). The crotch strap should be low near the child's groin, not on the belly.

CAUTION! Make sure the straps are not twisted and fit around the child without pressing!

3-2. Loosening the straps: Press the shoulder strap adjustment button (4) with one hand while pulling the shoulder straps outwards with the other hand.

IMPORTANT! Pull the shoulder straps, not the soft pads on them.

4. ADJUSTING THE HEADREST

4-1. When the child is secured with the 5-point harness, adjust the headrest so that the shoulder straps are at shoulder level as shown in the figure.

CAUTION! The shoulder straps should not pass behind the child's back or be at ear level or higher!

4-2. When the child is secured with the car's 3-point seatbelt, adjust the headrest so there's a gap of two fingers' width between the headrest

and the child's shoulders, and the diagonal belt should be on the child's shoulder, not their neck.

4-3. To adjust the headrest height, pull the adjustment ring (8) and simultaneously move the headrest up or down to the desired position. You'll hear a "click" when it locks.

IMPORTANT! Before installing the seat, adjust the headrest according to your child's height.

IMPORTANT! Ensure the headrest is locked in the chosen position by pulling it up or pressing it down!

5. ADJUSTING THE SEAT ANGLE

The seat can be tilted in five positions for both the rear-facing and forward-facing positions.

Pull the seat tilt adjustment lever (14) and place the seat in the desired position.

6. ROTATING THE SEAT

6-1. Rear-facing position – for a child height of 40-105 cm (from newborn to about 4 years old and weight ≤18 kg).
6-2. Forward-facing position – for a child height of 76-105 cm (from 15 months to about 12 years old).
6-3. Side-facing position – for easy placing and removing the child from the seat.

WARNING! The side-facing position is prohibited during vehicle movement!

6-4 & 6-5. Pull the seat rotation button (2) and simultaneously rotate it in the desired direction.

6-6. When the seat is fixed in the desired position, you'll hear a "click" sound. Make sure it's locked by trying to rotate it.

7. ISOFIX GUIDES

ISOFIX guides help with easier and more accurate attachment of the seat to the ISOFIX anchor points in the vehicle. They facilitate the correct placement of the seat and protect the car upholstery from damage.

If ISOFIX guides are not part of your car's standard equipment, place both ISOFIX guides from the set. Ensure that the slots are facing upward and insert both guides into the ISOFIX anchor points in the car.

Note: ISOFIX anchor points are located between the seat and backrest of the car. In some cars, they are marked with the following symbol 📋.

8. INSTALLING ISOFIX CONNECTORS TO THE CAR

8-1, 8-2. Grab and press the button (1) to release the ISOFIX connectors.
8-2. At the same time, move the ISOFIX connectors fully outward.
8-3. Insert the connectors into the vehicle's ISOFIX points. Press the seat back until you hear a "click" sound and the indicators turn fully green.
WARNING! The ISOFIX connectors are fixed when both indicators are fully green.

Note: If the indicators are red, repeat the installation by following the above steps.

WARNING! The bottom of the seat must fit tightly against the vehicle seat without any gaps between the bottom of the seat and the surface of the vehicle seat.

8-5. Press the child seat firmly against the car's backrest by applying pressure from both sides. Shake the seat to make sure it is securely and safely attached.

9. REMOVING ISOFIX CONNECTORS

9-1. Press the child seat firmly against the car's backrest.
9-2. At the same time, press the release button (1) and pull the connectors backward.

10. SUPPORT LEG

The support leg is used for a child height of 40-105 cm.

10-1. Pull the support leg from the bottom of the seat until it is fully extended.

10-2. Press the adjustment buttons (2) for the support leg and pull it down until it firmly touches the floor. Ensure that the support leg is firmly in contact with the vehicle floor with no gap between them.

WARNING! The support leg is properly fixed when the indicator is fully green, the bottom of the seat is not separated from the vehicle seat, and the adjustment buttons (2) are locked.

Note: If the indicator is red, repeat the installation following the steps above.

11. STORING THE STRAPS UNDER THE COVER

11-1. Loosen the shoulder straps as much as possible, then unbuckle the main buckle.
11-2. Unfasten the snap buttons on the cover and move the respective parts of the cover up and down.

11-3. Remove the pads on the shoulder straps.
11-4. Insert the metal ends of the shoulder straps into the corresponding openings in the backrest so that the straps are stored under the cover.
11-5. Unfasten the seat cover and pull it forward. Remove the main buckle from the soft pad and cover.
11-6. Place the main buckle into the designated opening in the seat base.
11-7. Reattach the snap buttons of the seat and backrest cover.

To retrieve and reuse the seat straps, reverse the steps described above.

IMPORTANT! Ensure that the strap is not twisted.

12. INSTALLING THE SEAT REAR-FACING (40-105 CM, UP TO APPROXIMATELY 4 YEARS, ≤18 KG)

WARNING! Use the additional cushion only for children with a height of no more than 75 cm.

12-1. Extend the support leg from the bottom of the seat. Rotate the seat to face the rear of the vehicle (see Section 6: ROTATING THE SEAT).
12-2. Adjust the seat to its most reclined position (see Section 5: ADJUSTING THE SEAT'S RECLINE). Place the car seat on the vehicle seat so that it is rear-facing.
12-3. Secure the car seat in the vehicle using the ISOFIX connectors, following the steps in Section 8: FIXING THE ISOFIX CONNECT TO THE VEHICLE. Attach the support leg to the vehicle floor, following the steps in Section 10: SUPPORT LEG.
12-4. Place the child in the seat. Adjust the headrest to the appropriate height for your child (see Section 4: ADJUSTING THE HEAD Secure the 5-point harness around the child and fasten it in the main buckle. Tighten the harness (see Section 3: ADJUSTING THE SEAT HARNESS (Tightening and Loosening)).

WARNING! Ensure the shoulder straps are at the correct height!

WARNING! Ensure the straps are not twisted and fit snugly around the child without causing discomfort!

13. INSTALLING THE SEAT FORWARD-FACING (76-105 CM, FROM 15 MONTHS UP TO APPROXIMATELY 4 YEARS, ≤18 KG)

13-1. Extend the support leg from the bottom of the seat. Rotate the seat to face forward in the direction of travel (see Section 6: ROTATING THE SEAT).

13-2. Place the car seat on the vehicle seat so that it is forward-facing.
13-3. Secure the car seat in the vehicle using the ISOFIX connectors, following the steps in Section 8: FIXING THE ISOFIX CONNECTORS TO THE VEHICLE. Attach the support leg to the vehicle floor, following the steps in Section 10: SUPPORT LEG.
13-4. Place the child in the seat. Adjust the headrest to the appropriate height for your child (see Section 4: ADJUSTING THE HEADREST) Secure the 5-point harness around the child and fasten it in the main buckle. Tighten the harness (see Section 3: ADJUSTING THE SEAT HARNESS (Tightening and Loosening)).

WARNING! Ensure the shoulder straps are at the correct height!

WARNING! Ensure the straps are not twisted and fit snugly around the child without causing discomfort!

14. INSTALLING THE SEAT FORWARD-FACING (100-150 CM, APPROXIMATELY 3 TO 12 YEARS)

Fold the support leg under the base of the seat and adjust the seat to an upright position.

WARNING! For children between 100-150 cm in height (approximately 3-12 years of age), the car seat can be installed in two ways:

• Using the vehicle's 3-point seat belt and ISOFIX Connectors, or
• Using only the vehicle's 3-point seat belt.

WARNING! For children between 100-150 cm (3-12 years of age), the support leg is not used in either installation method.

Installation using the vehicle's 3-point seat belt and ISOFIX connectors

14-1. Rotate the car seat to face forward (see Section 6: ROTATING THE SEAT).
14-2. Place the car seat on the vehicle seat so that it is forward-facing.
14-3. Secure the car seat in the vehicle using the ISOFIX connectors, following the steps in Section 8: FIXING THE ISOFIX CONNECTORS TO THE VEHICLE.
14-4. Place the child in the seat. Adjust the headrest to the appropriate height for your child (see Section 4: ADJUSTING THE HEADREST) Pull the vehicle's seat belt and pass it in front of the child toward the buckle of the car seat. Insert the end of the seat belt into the buckle until you hear a "click."
14-5. Pass both the lap belt and the diagonal belt through the lower belt guide on the side near the buckle.

14-6. Pass the lap belt through the lower belt guide on the other side.

WARNING! The lap belt should be positioned as low as possible over the child's thighs!

14-7. Pass the diagonal belt through the shoulder belt guide. Ensure it is not twisted!

Installation using only the vehicle's 3-point seat belt

Follow the above steps while skipping Step 14-3 for attaching the ISOFIX connectors. In this case, retract the ISOFIX connectors.

15. REMOVING AND ATTACHING THE COVER

15-1. Unfasten the snap buttons on the back of the headrest to remove the headrest cover. To reattach the cover, reverse the steps.

15-2. Unfasten the snap buttons and unzip the back of the cover. Pull the cover forward and remove it from the car seat.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean plastic or metal parts with a soft cotton cloth or sponge dampened with water or mild detergent.
• Wash the cover and soft pads by hand at 30°C with mild detergent!
  Do not bleach!
  Do not tumble dry!
  Do not iron!
  Do not use abrasive cleaning products containing ammonia, bleach, or alcohol.
  ✿ After cleaning, allow the car seat to dry completely before use or storage.
• Clean the straps only on the surface with mild soap and a damp cloth!
  Do not wet or remove labels! They contain important information!
• Store the product in a clean and dry place. Avoid direct exposure to environmental factors such as sunlight, rain, moisture, or sudden temperature changes!
