How to assemble the AK300 cart?

The cart is delivered in kit form. First, attach the 5 crossbars to the left side panel using the provided square washers and screws with the Allen key. Repeat for the right side panel. Then, attach the bumpers to the side panels, then screw on the 4 swivel casters. Finally, lock the brakes on the casters with brakes.

What is the maximum load capacity?

The total load capacity is 100 kg, with a maximum load of 40 kg per shelf.

What bins can I use with this cart?

The cart accepts EuroNorm E1, E2, E3 bins with dimensions 600 x 400 mm. The upper shelf (118 mm) accepts E1, the middle shelf (380 mm) accepts E1, E2, E3, and the lower shelf (250 mm) accepts E1 and E2.

How to clean the cart?

Clean regularly with a damp soft cloth and a mild cleaning product. Never use abrasive products that could scratch the stainless steel surface. Wipe and dry with a soft cloth.

Can I use non-EuroNorm bins?

The shelves are designed for EuroNorm bins of exact dimensions 600 x 400 mm. Using other sizes could compromise stability. It is recommended to only use compatible EuroNorm bins.

How to replace a caster?

Unscrew the defective caster from the side panel. Replace it with an identical replacement caster (reference: swivel caster with or without brake as needed). Tighten firmly and check stability.

Are the brakes sufficient for use on slopes?

The brakes are designed to prevent unintended movement on a flat surface. On a slope, the load may exceed braking capacity. It is recommended to lock both casters with brakes and not use the cart on significant slopes.

What is the height between shelves?

The gaps between shelves are: top 118 mm (for E1 bin), middle 380 mm (for E1, E2, E3), bottom 250 mm (for E1, E2).

Is the cart delivered assembled?

No, the cart is delivered in kit form. Assembly is simple and quick using the included Allen key and an additional adjustable wrench. All parts are included.

Can I use this cart for other types of containers?

The cart is specifically designed for EuroNorm butcher/bakery bins. It can be used for other containers of similar dimensions, but ensure the weight does not exceed 40 kg per shelf and that the containers are stable on the shelves.

Assembly

1. First, fasten 5 crossbars (3) to the left side element (1). For this purpose, insert one square washer (7) between the crossbar (3) and the side element (1) and between the side element (1) and the bolt (8), and then tighten it with the Allen wrench.
2. Fasten the crossbar (3) to the right side element (2), as described in the previous item.
3. Lay or place the trolley for cleaning crates on its side. Attach the buffers (6) to the side elements (1 + 2) . Next, screw 4 swivel castors (4 + 5) into the side elements.

4. Place the trolley for cleaning crates on the swivel castors and check its stability.

5. The trolley for cleaning carts may be aligned by adjusting swivel castors. Secure their position with protective nuts.

6. When the trolley for cleaning carts is in the desired location, block the swivel castors (4) with brakes, to prevent it from being accidentally moved or tipped.

Tips for the user

- The trolley is designed for transporting Euro-Norm E1, E2, E3 crates (meat / bakery products) with the dimensions: 600 x 400 mm:

- Place the appropriate Euro-Norm crate on the appropriate guides.

- Distances between the guides in the trolley for cleaning crates make it suitable for the following Euro-Norm crates:

at the top (118 mm): E1

in the middle (380 mm): E1, E2, E3

at the bottom (250 mm): E1, E2
