How to install the air exhaust hose?
Place the unit near a window. Gently pull the exhaust hose to the desired length (max. 150 cm). Attach the square connection piece to the air outlet of the air conditioner, then the round piece to the other end. Pass the hose outside and close the window as much as possible. Use the sealing kit to prevent hot air from entering.
What does error code P1 mean?
The P1 code indicates that the condensation water tank is full. Empty it by removing the bottom drain plug and collecting the water in a tray. Once emptied, the unit will resume normal operation.
How to clean the air filter?
Turn off the unit and unplug it. Remove the air filter (see illustration in the manual). Vacuum the dust or wash it with warm water (max. 40°C) and a mild detergent. Rinse and allow to dry completely before reinstalling. Weekly cleaning is recommended.
Can I use an extension cord?
No, it is strictly forbidden to use an extension cord. Always plug the unit directly into a grounded electrical outlet. If necessary, have an appropriate outlet installed by an electrician.
What is the minimum required area to install the unit?
The room must have a floor area of at least 8 m². This condition is essential to prevent refrigerant gas buildup in case of a leak, as the unit uses flammable R290 (propane).
How to use the dehumidification function?
Press the Mode button until the dehumidification indicator lights up. The fan speed is automatically set to low. Connect a drain hose (not supplied) to the lower opening for continuous water drainage. Place the hose end in a tray located lower than the unit.
How to set the timer for a delayed start?
With the unit off, press the Timer On button. Press repeatedly to increase the delay in 30-minute increments up to 10 hours, then in 1-hour increments up to 24 hours. Confirm by waiting until the temperature reappears on the display. The unit will start automatically after the set delay.
What is the sleep function?
The sleep function (Sleep) maintains a comfortable temperature at night. Activate it from the remote control in cooling or auto mode. The temperature increases by 1°C every 30 minutes for 1 hour, then remains stable for 7 hours, before returning to the initial temperature. The display can be turned off with the LED Display button.
What type of refrigerant gas is used and is it dangerous?
The air conditioner uses R290 (propane), a flammable gas. It is odorless and lighter than air. The unit contains 140 g of this gas. In case of a leak, ventilate the room and avoid any ignition source. Installation and repairs must be carried out by a certified professional.
How to drain condensation water continuously?
Unplug the unit. Remove the bottom drain plug. Connect a drain hose (12.7 mm / 1/2 inch) to the opening. Place the other end in a tray or floor drain, ensuring the hose is sloped and lower than the outlet. Replug the unit. This method is recommended in dehumidification mode.
