How to charge the Powerbank?
Connect the supplied microUSB cable to the IN port of the Powerbank, then connect the other end to a computer USB port or a power adapter (5 V / 2.1 A max.). The LEDs indicate progress. Once all LEDs are continuously lit, charging is complete.
How to charge a device with the Powerbank?
Connect your device via a USB cable to the USB OUT port (normal charging) or to the USB QC OUT port (fast charging if the device is Quick Charge compatible). The Powerbank turns on automatically.
What do the LEDs mean?
The 4 LEDs indicate the remaining charge level: 1 LED = 1 to 25%, 2 LEDs = 26 to 50%, 3 LEDs = 51 to 75%, 4 LEDs = 76 to 100%. If only the last LED flashes, the battery is almost empty.
Can I use a non-supplied cable with the Powerbank?
Yes, you can use your own USB cable, as long as it is suitable. For Quick Charge fast charging, a Quick Charge compatible cable is recommended.
Does the Powerbank support fast charging?
Yes, the USB QC OUT port supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 (backward compatible with 2.0). To benefit from it, your device must be Quick Charge compatible.
Can I charge two devices at the same time?
Yes, you can connect a device to each USB port. The total output power is limited to 5 V / 3.1 A, shared between the two ports. In dual charging mode, the Quick Charge function is not active.
What to do if the Powerbank no longer charges or does not respond?
Check the cable and power source. If the problem persists, try resetting by pressing the button. If nothing works, contact Intenso customer service (RMA number required).
How to maintain the battery to extend its lifespan?
Use the Powerbank regularly. If not used for a long period, fully charge it at least every three months. Store it between -10 °C and 45 °C with humidity below 90%.
What is the lifespan of the battery?
The lithium polymer battery supports several hundred charge/discharge cycles. Its capacity gradually decreases over time. Regular use and proper storage optimize its longevity.
How to dispose of the Powerbank at the end of its life?
Do not dispose of the Powerbank with household waste. Take it to a collection point for electrical devices and used batteries, in accordance with European Directive 2006/66/EC.
