Keep them safe for future reference or for future owners. Safe handling 몇 WARNING ● The device is not intended for use by children, per- sons with restricted physical, sen- sory or mental abilities or persons unfamiliar with these instructions. ● Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities and persons lacking experience and knowledge may only use the appli- ance if they are properly super- vised, have been instructed on use of the appliance safely by a person responsible for their safety, and un- derstand the resultant hazards in-English 11 volved. ● Children must not play with the appliance. ● Children must be supervised to prevent them from playing with the appliance. ● Only use the device for its proper use. Never operate the device in explo- sive spaces. ● Do not spray any ob- jects which contain harmful sub- stances (e.g. asbestos). ● Risk of injury. Do not direct the spray jet on- to the eyes. 몇 CAUTION ● Do not use the ap- pliance if it has been dropped be- forehand, is visibly damaged or if it is leaking. ● Only operate or store the device in accordance with the description or figure. ATTENTION ● Do not fill with any cleaning agents or other supple- ments. ● Damage to the device. Never use the device with solvents, liquids containing solvents or undi- luted acids (e.g. detergents, petrol, paint thinner and acetone). ● Do not operate the device at temperatures below 0 °C. Intended use Only use the water booster WBS 3 in private households. The device is intended for cleaning lightly and superficially soiled garden furniture, toys, tools, plant pots, waste contain- ers and garden machines. Carefully applied, the device is also suitable for watering.12 English Environmental protection The packing materials can be recycled. Please dispose of packaging in accordance with the environmental reg- ulations. Electrical and electronic devices contain valuable, re- cyclable materials and often components such as bat- teries, rechargeable batteries or oil, which - if handled or disposed of incorrectly - can pose a potential danger to human health and the environment. However, these com- ponents are required for the correct operation of the device. Devices marked by this symbol are not allowed to be dis- posed of together with the household rubbish. Cleaning work producing in oily waste water, e.g. wash- ing engines, washing undercarriages etc., may only be performed at washing stations with an oil separator. Working with detergents may only be performed on wa- tertight surfaces with connection to the waste water sew- age system. Do not allow detergent to enter waterways or the soil. Extraction of water from public waterways is not permit- ted in some countries. Scope of delivery The scope of delivery for the appliance is shown on the pack- aging. Check the contents for completeness when unpacking. If any accessories are missing or in the event of any shipping damage, please notify your dealer. Safety devices 몇 CAUTION Missing or modified safety devices Safety devices are provided for your own protection. Never modify or bypass safety devices. Power switch The power switch shuts off the motor when released and the spray jet stops. Description of the device The maximum amount of equipment is described in these op- erating instructions. Depending on the model used, there are differences in the scope of delivery (see packaging). Connection to the water line
1. Attach the garden hose to the device connection with a
commercially available quick coupling. Illustration C

Operation 몇 CAUTION Spray jet Eye injuries and hearing damage Do not direct the spray jet at eyes or ears.
1. Press the power switch.
Operation with point jet The point jet is suitable for the precise cleaning of superficial dirt spots.
1. Push the power switch to position 1.

1. Release the power switch.
The spray jet stops. Ending operation
1. Release the power switch.
2. Close the water tap.
3. Actuate the power switch until no more water is emitted.
4. Release the power switch.
5. Disconnect the device from the water supply.
6. Remove the batteries from the device.
Storage ATTENTION Leaking batteries Risk of corrosion Remove the batteries from the device. Frost protection ATTENTION Danger of frost Incompletely emptied devices can be destroyed by frost. Empty the device completely. Protect the device from frost.

1. Place the device on a level surface.
2. Store the device within the permissible temperature range

1. Remove the batteries from the device.
