It contains important instructions pertaining to the safety, use and disposal of the device. Please familiarise yourself with all the operating and safety instructions before using this device. Use the device only as described for the indicated purposes. All documents must be provided when giving the device to third parties. WARNING! Health hazard!

Keep new and old batteries out of reach of small children. If a battery is swallowed, medical help must be obtained immediately. The battery always has to be inserted with the correct polarity. Clean the battery and device contacts beforehand if necessary. Do not attempt to recharge, short-circuit, or open the- 9 - battery. Never heat the battery and then recharge it. Do not expose the battery to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or similar. There is an increased risk of leakage. Never throw the battery into fire as it may explode. Improper use of the battery poses a risk of explosion and leakage of the battery fluid. If the battery should leak, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Use protective gloves. In case of contact with battery fluid, rinse the affected areas with plenty of clean water straight away and seek medical attention immediately. Remove the dead battery from the device immediately; there is an increased risk of leakage.- 10 - Band shortening for the model 4 The band includes a moveable clasp for easy band shortening.

1. Push a suitable tool into the opening on the clasp and

lever the clasp open.

2. Move the clasp to the required length and let it snap into

place on the horizontal grooves on the back side of the strap.

3. Securely re-engage the clasp (using a tool if necessary).- 11 -

Time setting Carefully pull the crown out all the way. Turn the crown clockwise or counter clockwise to set the time. To finish the setting press the crown back in all the way. This product is subject to the European Directive 2012/19/EU. The crossed-out rubbish bin symbol means that the product must be disposed of at a separate waste collection point in the European Union. A short circuit can lead to a fire or an- 18 - explosion and have serious consequences for humans and the environment. For this reason, tape off the poles of lithium-based and rechargeable batteries prior to disposal in order to avoid an external short circuit. This warranty is void if the unit has been damaged or improperly used or maintained. For proper use of the device, all instructions given in the manual must be closely observed. Uses and actions that are advised against or warned against in the operating instructions must be avoided at all costs. The device is designed exclusively for private and not for commercial use.
