How to turn the device on and off?

Press the Power (A) button for about 3 seconds to turn on the device. To turn it off, press and hold the same button again.

What do the colors of the CO2 indicator mean?

The CO2 (5) indicator shows air quality: green (GOOD) from 401 to 700 ppm, yellow (NORMAL) from 701 to 1000 ppm, red (POOR) from 1001 to 5000 ppm. Above 1001 ppm, an audible and visual alarm is triggered.

How to interpret CO2 values?

CO2 values in ppm (parts per million) indicate carbon dioxide concentration. According to the AQI (Air Quality Index): 0-450 ppm (good), 451-1000 (moderate), 1001-1500 (unhealthy for sensitive groups), 1501-2000 (unhealthy), 2001-3000 (very unhealthy), 3001-5000 (hazardous). Above 1000 ppm, it is recommended to ventilate.

How to recalibrate the device?

5. Gettingstarted

The product can be used both in battery and mains operation. For battery operation, fully charge the product once before first use.

5.1 Batteryoperation

5.2 Mainsoperation

Connect the supplied micro-USB charging cable to themicro-USB port(D) on the product. Connect the free plug on themicro-USB charging cable to a suitable USB charger. To do this, consult the operating instructions for the USB chargery you are using.

• Thebatteryindicator(3)indicatesthecharge levelbymeansofthebars.
• Whenfullycharged, the charging process can be determined. Disconnect the product from themains.

5.3 Switchingon/off

• Removetheprotectivefilmfromthedisplay.
• PressandholdPOWER(A)forapproximately3 secondstoswitchtheproduction.

InadditiontothedigitaldisplayoftheCO 2 concentration(4), the device also has a CO 2 traffic light(5). It offers a visual quick check. From 400 to 700 ppm, GOOD lights up green; from 701 to 1000 ppm, NORMAL lights up yellow; from 1001 to 5000 ppm, POOR lights up red. Above 1001 \~ 2,000 ppm, the alarm symbol starts to flash and a repeated alarm sound is heard twice in succession which becomes more intensive when the limit of 2,000 ppm is exceeded. 8. Recalibration of the product

• Press and hold the + (B) and POWER (A) buttons simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds to recall the product. Always carry out this calibration at the commissioning stage and after prolonged period so non-use.
• Calibrations should be carried out outdoors for around 20 minutes, as CO _2 level there a reusually around 400-450 ppm.
