KEEP ALL SAFETY INFORMATION AND
FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unsupervised with the pack- ing material due to the suffocation hazard posed by swallowing parts thereof. Children frequently underestimate the dangers. Always keep the product out of the reach of children. This product is not a toy! This product may be used by children aged 8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or those lacking experience and/or knowledge, as long as they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and they understand the as- sociated risks. Do not allow children to play with the product. Never allow children to clean or maintain this product unsupervised. Please note that damages due to incorrect use, non-compliance with the instructions for use or interference with the product by unauthorised individuals are excluded from the warranty. Please note that extremely hot (> 40 °C) or cold (< 10 °C) temperatures may impair the product‘s performance. The recommended humidity range for using the personal protective equipment is 45 %–75 %. Under normal circumstances, these protectors have an expected life of three years from the date of purchase or longer. Select the correct protector size for optimal pro- tection. Try on the protectors to see how they fit on your knees, arms or elbows and hands. The protectors must never be too loose. They should instead fit snugly and be hard to move out of their position. ATTENTION! This product was only designed for use by children under adult supervision. Adults should read the safety guidelines and ensure they are observed to prevent injuries caused by parts. Carefully inspect the protectors for damage be- fore every use, and particularly after falls. If for instance the protectors are torn, cracked or parts have come loose, they can no longer be used. In this case, they may no longer be used. Do not modify the protectors, or protection is no longer guaranteed. Any modification of original parts, materials or the design can significantly reduce performance. The same applies if they are very dirty or used incorrectly. Do not expose the protectors to direct sunlight or excessive heat during storage and transport. Tears or decomposition may result. This can re- duce the life and considerably affect usability. IMPORTANT: Please note, only protectors in good condition can offer adequate protection. Use Putting on and taking off knee and elbow pads NOTE: The elbow and knee pads are easily distin- guished by size: the knee pads are larger than the elbow pads. The right and left are the same. First open the hook-and-loop fasteners. Now pull the elbow pads with the built-in sleeve over the arms and the knee pads over the legs. Be sure the plastic plates cover the entire knee or elbow. Now secure the protectors with the elastic fasten- ers. To do so, wrap them around your arms or legs and press the ends with the hook-and-loop fastener onto the respective hook-and-loop pad11 GB/IE on the protector (see Fig. A). The elbow and knee pads must fit snugly so they will not move. ATTENTION! Do not pull the fasteners so tight they do or may restrict blood flow. Take the elbow or knee pads off in the reverse order. Putting on and taking off wrist guards First open the hook-and-loop fasteners on the fasteners
. The left and right wrist guard are different and therefore marked ac- cordingly with “L“ for left and “R“ for right. Insert your thumb through the respective open- ing of the corresponding guard so the palm is covered by the padded inside. Now press the fasteners
onto the respective hook-and-loop pad
to secure. Now take the fastener labelled
in figure C, feed it through the designated loop as shown and press onto the designated hook-and-loop pad
to secure. The guards must fit snugly so they will not move. ATTENTION! However, do not pull the hook- and-loop fasteners
so tight they do or may restrict blood flow. Take the wrist guards off in the reverse order. Maintenance and care Carefully inspect the protectors for damage be- fore every use, and particularly after falls. If for instance the protectors are torn, cracked or parts have come loose, they can no longer be used. In this case, they should be disposed. Do not modify the protectors, or protection is no longer guaranteed. Any modification of original parts, materials or the design can significantly reduce performance. The same applies if they are very dirty or used incorrectly. For example, use a brush to clean dirt off the hook-and-loop fasteners. This ensures they fasten well. Do not clean with harsh cleaning agents. Never machine wash or tumble dry or iron the protectors.
