FL 100 is properly installed and aligned. For headlights with a separate re ector , ensure that it is aligned perpendicular to the road. On a completely at road, the horizontal light edge must always be visible on the road! The required installation height for headlights and re ectors in Germany is between 400 and 1200 mm. Further information can be found in the StVZO. If necessary, you can also contact a bicycle retailer in your area. Make sure that the EOX FL 100 is positioned and aligned so that oncoming traf c is not blinded. WARNING! To avoid falls, accidents and serious injuries, only use the included mounting bracket (fork bracket).NOTE: Never mount brackets on saddle rails!NOTE: Never mount brackets on conical components!WARNING! Do not use the bicycle if the light beam of your EOX FL 100 is misaligned or if the EOX FL 100 is too loose.Only adjust or lock the EOX FL 100 when the bike is stationary. Blinding oncoming traf c can lead to accidents. Before aligning the EOX FL 100, rst loosen the screw on the bracket. Make sure that this screw is then tightened again so that neither the screw nor the headlight can come loose or move on their own.

Securely attach the EOX FL 100 to the bike using the enclosed bracket.NOTE: If other brackets are used, no guarantee can be given for secure attachment. First loosen the existing screw on the fork crown of your bike. Insert this screw through the screw hole provided at the lower end of the bracket and then tighten it again so that the EOX FL 100 cannot come loose or move by itself.WARNING! Make sure that the cable exit on the EOX FL 100 always points straight down. This is the only way to ensure that the light image of the EOX

FL 100 is ideally aligned and the headlight is protected from water in the best possible way.

Headlight exclusively for connection to a DC voltage source of 6 - 48V / 3W, e.g. on an e-bike battery. Connection to an alternating voltage source (e.g. dynamo) is not permitted! The EOX FL 100 requires at least 3W nominal power.The connection of the EOX

FL 100 is only permitted on vehicles in which it is ensured that electricity is still available to supply the lighting system for at least 2 hours after the battery has been switched off due to discharge.To connect to an e-bike battery, the internally mounted double cable (black wire = –, blue wire = +) must be used. Do not cut off the cable completely, just shorten it to the required length. IMPORTANT: Please press the supplied cable connectors on the at side FIRMLY together with pliers!
