Never use strong cleaning agents or stif f brushes.

• Clean the unit with a soft cloth which has been lightly moistened with a mild soap. Never dip the unit into water for cleaning and ensure that no water gets into the unit at any time. Only use the unit again, when it is fully dry

For hygiene reasons, all attachments may be cleaned with a brush (e.g. old toothbrush). It is also advisable to disinfect the grinding sur- faces with commercially available spray disinfectant or 90% alcohol to prevent the transmission of infections.
