  • Unpack the appliance carefully and remove all packaging materials and any promotional labels or adhesives.

  • Start the mixer at speed “one”.
  • Pour the previously prepared ice cream mixture into the container (1) using the chute (11) on the adapter ring (2).
  • Let the mixer run for about 20-30 minutes until the ice cream is ready.
  • Lift the mixer head and remove the adapter (5) and the whisk (4).
  • Release the bowl (7) and remove it from the mixer.
  • Remove the container (1) from the bowl (7).
  • Release the adapter ring (2).
  • Place the cover (3) on the container (1). The ice cream remains at a constant temperature for about 2 hours inside the cooling container previously placed in the freezer for the time indicated above. To take the ice cream out of the container, only use the spatula (6). To prepare a second flavour of ice- cream, clean the cooling container, dry it and place it in the freezer following the methods indicated above so that it reaches the correct temperature.   • Place the cooling container (1), in a vertical position, in the freezer at a temperature of at least - 18°C (- 64.4°F) or lower for at least 18 hours. Ice cream mixture preparation
  • Prepare the ice-cream mixture as indicated in the “Mixture recipe book” paragraph, using all cold components, making sure that they are mixed thoroughly.

  • Remove the container (1) from the freezer.
  • Turn the adapter ring (2) clockwise onto the container until it locks.
  • Place the container (1) in the bowl (7) supplied with the mixer, matching the shaped part (8) of the adapter ring (2) with the handle (9) of the bowl (7).
  • Fit the bowl (7) on the mixer by blocking it “See mixer manual”.
  • Place the whisk (4) inside the container.
  • Fit the whisk adapter (5) in the mixer slot (10); the coupling remains in position held by a magnet.

  • Wait until the container (1) reaches room temperature.
  • Clean all components with lukewarm water and dish washing detergent. The cooling container can be washed in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 50°C (122°F).
  • Dry all components thoroughly. Do not clean the inside of the con- tainer (1) with sharp or abrasive objects.

TIPS FOR PERFECT ICE CREAM

  • The cooling container contains 1.1 litres of finished product. Do not exceed 700 gr. (1.54 lb. / 24.69 oz.) of initial ingredients;
  • The bowl must be completely frozen to make ice cream or other cold desserts;
  • For recipes that require pre-processing, wait for the mixture to completely cool in the refrigerator;
  • Ice cream or other cold desserts are best freshly made;
  • For best results, before serving ice cream, we recommend keeping the cups or bowls in the refrigerator, to prevent it from melting too quickly;
  • Liquors and alcohol-based beverages have high resistance to freezing. It is therefore advisable to add them only when the ice cream or sorbet are almost ready and not during preparation, as they may not freeze. Never re-freeze melted or semi- melted ice cream.
  • Dissolve the sugar in the milk and heat over low heat for a few minutes.
  • Pour the sugared milk into a bowl, preferably made of steel.
  • Gradually mix in the powdered milk with a whisk.
  • Add yogurt continuing to mix.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge until the mixture cools. Tips: you can add, for example, chocolate chips or chopped nuts or fruit when yogurt ice cream is almost ready.
  • Dissolve the sugar in the milk and heat over low heat and turn off before it boils.
  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the cocoa, mix well and add a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in the condensed milk using a spatula.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge until the mixture cools.
  • Heat the milk, sugar and cram over low heat for a few minutes.
  • Pour the sugared milk into a bowl, preferably made of steel.
  • Gradually mix in the powdered milk with a whisk.
  • Add the strawberry pulp, mixing continuously.
