3. OPERATION

  1. Preparation before use:
  2. Wash your hair thoroughly. Comb it carefully.
  3. Do not use sprays, styling agents or other flammable hair chemicals.
  4. Wrap a towel around the neck to avoid skin burns.

  5. First use:

  6. When the device is switched on for the first time, the straightener remains in the locked position.

  7. During use, slide the plate locking slide switch, as shown in Figure 2, to unlock.
  8. The heating plates can then be locked using the switch as required.

Automatic functions

  • Reactivation: when the device is lifted, it automatically resumes the previous state and selected levels.
  • Closed product: operates according to the set level and does not detect whether it is moving or not.

Plate temperature setting button

  • This button adjusts the temperature of the plates by pressing repeatedly, you can switch off the heating plates or select any of the four temperature modes. The indicator light will flash white while the plates are heating and will remain steady when reaching the desired temperature.
  • As many white indicator lights will light up as the selected temperature mode.

Cool air button

  • This button activates the cool air function, which deactivates the heating elements causing air to come out at room temperature. You can return to the hot air function by pressing the cool air button or the hot air setting button.
  • When the cool air function is activated, the indicator will light up in blue and the hot air indicator lights will switch off.

Hot air setting button

This button activates the hot air function, by pressing repeatedly you can switch off the air or select any of the three air speed and temperature modes:

  • Mode 1: Gentle speed and temperature
  • Mode 2: Medium speed and temperature
  • Mode 3: High speed and temperature

As many red indicator lights will light up as the selected mode.

Hair dryer mode

  • Hold the straightener with the plates closed and direct the airflow towards the hair roots to dry them as shown in Figure 3.
  • If desired, you can attach the concentrator nozzle to the hair straightener for faster drying.
  • Adjust the temperature and airflow according to your needs.
  • When you finish using the device, switch it off by sliding the On/Off switch downwards and disconnect it from the mains socket.

Hair straightening mode

  • Comb the hair so it is smooth and tangle-free.
  • Take a section of hair no more than 5 cm wide, place it between the heating plates and press the product handle firmly.
  • Glide the straightener from root to tip of the hair in 5 seconds without stopping to prevent excessive heating. To shape the ends, when the straightener reaches the tips, curl inwards or outwards half a circle, hold for 2-3 seconds then release.
  • Repeat after 20 seconds until achieving the desired hairstyle.
  • Allow the hair to cool. Do not comb the hair before it cools, as this could damage the new hairstyle.
  • After use, switch off the device, unplug and store the product only after it has cooled completely.

Initial settings description

When the device is switched on, airflow mode three and plate temperature mode three are set by default.

Standby mode

If the straightener is left on a surface without movement detection, the device will gradually reduce airflow until it switches off completely after approximately 8 seconds, entering standby mode. It will resume operation when used again.

NOTE:

  • The airflow and heating plate functions can be used separately.
  • The heating plate and airflow temperature are automatically adjusted in each mode.

Red light/infrared light and vibration functions

  • Red/infrared light function: the device includes 4 x 650 nm LEDs and 4 x 850 nm LEDs.
  • Vibration function: closing the plates will activate the vibration function to distribute hair and achieve a more uniform straightening.

Warning:

  • Do not leave the device unsupervised while plugged in.
  • During heating and after use, always place it on a heat-resistant surface.
  • This product is a high-powered heating and styling tool. Incorrect use or improper temperature settings may overheat or even burn the hair.
  • Switch off the device and unplug it after each use.
  • Always follow the steps below.
  • When finished, switched off the device, unplug it and store it when it has completely cool down.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Unplug the straightener from the mains and allow it to cool down before cleaning it.
  • Never immerse the straightener in water.
  • Clean the exterior with a damp (not wet) cloth. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning products.
  • Clean the air inlet, use a soft toothbrush to remove dust and dirt.

Storage

  • Allow the straightener to cool down completely before storing it.
  • Lock the plates to prevent damage by sliding the locking switch to the locked position.
  • Once cooled, fold the power cord as it came in the packaging. Do not wrap the power cord around the straightener, as excessive tension may cause damage.
  • Store the straightener in a dry and safe place, out of the reach of children.
