INTRODUCTION TO THE TOY
A Talking Toy: From the very first months of life, the newborn baby is able to listen and demonstrates that it can recognise sounds. This talking toy will allow baby to become familiar with language sounds in an easy and natural way, while the different telephone activities will hone its capacity to recognise them. Listening to the numbers and animal sounds several times will stimulate your child's communication skills, while the lovely song will make baby's learning a playful moment.
A Bilingual Toy: It helps baby to discover the sounds of a foreign language. Talking telephone is fun and easy to use, and is ideal to approach the sounds of a foreign language in an informal, natural way. It helps the child to develop a correct linguistic attitude, which is so important at later stages of learning at school.
Why Nursery Rhymes Are Important: Rhythm and musicality are two of the principal characteristics of every language. Nursery Rhymes therefore allow baby to learn the sounds of its mother tongue or of a foreign language without effort, in a phase in which it is not yet able to make a correct literal translation.
HOW TO USE THE TOY
How to Switch On the Toy
To activate the electronic functions of the toy, move the switch located on the rear of the telephone from the OFF to the ON position. The telephone will ring and then say: "Hello? Who is tt?" to confirm that it is switched on.
How to Select the Desired Language
When the toy is switched on, the switch is positioned on the mother tongue (1). If the child wishes to play with the foreign language, it is sufficient to move the switch from the left to the right (2): the
telephone will make its typical ringing sound ad then say the phrase: Hello? Who is it?" to confirm that the foreign language is activated.
Talking Activities
- By pressing the 4 animal characters, the child will be able to listen to the numbers from 1 to 4, the animal sounds and a cheerful melody.
- By pressing the "world" button (3) it will be possible to listen to the cheerful melody:
The world spins fast
the birds fly past.
The fish swims deep
and the frogs all leap
The doggies all run
and baby has fun.
The doggies all run
and baby has fun.
- The "receiver" button activates the typical ringing sound of the telephone (4) followed by the phrase: Hello? Who is it?"
How to Switch Off the Toy
The toy has an automatic stand-by function that activates after 1 minute of non-use. Just before going into the stand-by mode, the telephone will say: "Bye, Bye". To reactivate the toy, simply press one of the telephone buttons.
To avoid wasting battery power, it is recommended to always switch off the toy after use, moving the switch to the OFF position. Just before switching off, the telephone will say: "Bye, Bye".

The telephone can also be fitted to the stroller.
